  Indian billionaire Gautam Adani charged in US for alleged bribery, fraud Gautam Adani, the chair of Indian conglomerate Adani Group and one of the world’s richest people, whose business empire extends from ports and airports to renewable energy,has been indicted in New York over an alleged multibillion-dollar fraud scheme, United States prosecutors have said. The authorities on Wednesday charged Adani and two other executives at Adani Green Energy, his nephew Sagar Adani and Vneet Jaain, with agreeing between 2020 and 2024 to pay more than $250m in bribes to Indian government officials to obtain solar energy supply contracts expected to yield $2bn in profits. Prosecutors said the renewable energy company also raised more than $3bn in loans and bonds during this period based on false and misleading statements.             46 year old Celine Dior puts her career on hold to take care of her 72 year old husband Rene Angelil who is suffering from cancer.In December 2013,her husband had to remove a cancerous tumour from his throat,which has led to a very difficult and stressful time.Celine Dion cancelled her Asia tour,postponed her Las Vegas residency and put any other show business commitments on hold due to her husbands health problems.She also cancled shows that were slated through March 22,2015.She said in an announcement today wednesday that ''I want to devote every ounce of my strength and energy to my husband's healing,and to do so,it's important for me to dedicate this time to him and to our children''.I just hope the Doctors have not said he had little time on planet earth because that's what i can deduce from her statement?.More photos below.

200 PASSENGERS ON A TRAIN FALLS OFF SWISS MOUNTAIN TODAY.

        A land slide triggered by heavy rain caused two trains to derail from it's track,leaving passengers trapped in carriages as they feared the worst.Several travelers on the Rhaetische Bahntrain from Chur to St.Moritz were injured and helicoptered to local hospitals as rescue workers struggled to reach those trapped in the car dangling in mid air.200 passengers were on board the train at the time of the accident and air rescue service was helping the recovery effort at the site,which wasn't close to a road.The police said ''There was a derailment just before 1p.m today,close to the mountain village of Tiefen Castel.The train made an emergency stop because of a landslide,sending at least two of the carriages over the edge''.Contradicting the police explanation,photographs appeared to show that the train had in fact been hit by the land slide and pushed off the tracks.More photos below.

                    Yesterday tuesday around 6pm on Lagos Island,a middle aged woman identified as Ada,slumped at CMS bus/stop.When the woman collapsed on the road,people started running away from her thinking that she was a victim of Ebola Virus.Ada was trekking along the road on Odulami street when she suddenly collapsed on the major road.People refused to go near her to render assistance untill people who knew her,including some newspaper vendors,arrived the scene to identify the woman as Ada.They dispelled the insinuations that she was a victim of Ebola virus.Following the information,sympathizers started buying pour water on her body.Shr didn't regain consciousness but was seen breathing fainting on the ground.The other incident yesterday was a man that was brought into Orile-Agege General Hospital tuesday morning,he was bleeding all over his body and health workers such as nurses,doctors and other patients in the hospital fled from him.It was gathered that the patient had com

MOZAMBIQUE PASSES AMNNESTY LAW FOR OPPOSITION LEADER AHEAD OF OCTOBER ELECTION.

            The amnesty law will allow opposition ''Renamo party leader'',Afonso Dhlakama to leave his hide way in the bush to sign a peace accord with President Armando Guebuza and run in an October 15 election.The law was approved late on Tuesday also applied to Dhlakama's supporters who had clashed with the government army since 2012.The violence raised fears for stability in the Southern African nation which is developing big coal and off shore gas deposits.The amnesty is part of a peace deal between Renamo and Guebuza's ruling Frelimo party,old foes in a 1975-1992 civil war,and means Dhlakama will not face prosecution or arrest for the attacks carried out by his followers over the last year.Dhlakama,whose former rebel movement has been repeatedly defeated by Frelimo in elections since the end of the war,has lived in a bush base in Central Sofala province for more than a year to escape what he says is government persecution.He is now expected to travel to th
