Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.               A Judge has acquitted a Chicago man Bruce Blunt of animal cruelty charges filed after the man posted a video of himself smoking marijuana with a chameleon.After viewing the video and hearing the arguments of prosecutors and defence attorneys,Cook County Circuit Judge Robert Kuzas ruled on wednesday that Bruce Blunt's behaviour was uncalled for and immature but didn't rise to criminal behaviour.Blunt posted a facebook video of himself smoking marijuana with the chameleon Binna,earlier this year.That prompted a complaint from people for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.After his acquittal,Blunt said he blew smoke into the chameleon's mouth because it seemed to calm the aggressive reptile.More photos below.

6 PEOPLE DIED YESTERDAY IN A WEDDING,AFTER A SUICIDE BOMBER ATTACKED THE VENUE IN BORNO STATE.

            Yesterday Friday,the Borno command confirmed the killing of six persons when a suicide bomber attacked the venue of a wedding in Tashan Alade town of Hawul Local Government Area in Borno state.The state's Commissioner of Police,Mr Aderemi Opadokun Confirmed casualty figure in an interview with NAN in Maiduguri Opadokun said that no fewer than 30 people were also injured during the attack.''I confirm the report on an alleged suicide bombing in Tashan Alade in Hawul LGA.The incident was reported to have occurred at a wedding ''Fatiha''.Presently,six person all males,whose identities are unknown,are confirmed dead,while 30 other were injured.Investigation is in progress on the issue''.He further said that the inauguration of Gov. Kashim Shettima for a second term of office in Maiduguri was peaceful.

THE 3 PEOPLE TREKKING FOR EX-PRESIDENT GOODLUCK,ACTUALLY MET HIM IN BAYELSA STATE,YESTERDAY.

                 Congrats to the three fans of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan ,who trekked to Otuoeke Bayelsa state yesterday just to shake hands and welcome the ex-president.I must say,that was courageous of them as they started trekking from Lagos to Bayelsa state,few days after ex-president Goodluck Jonathan lost to President Buhari.The three trekkers are identified as Oladele John Nihi,Gloria and Ify.After the handover at Eagle Square yesterday,ex-president Goodluck Jonathan,traveled to his home town,and their was a large crowed that was waiting to greet him,including the three trekkers.A journey of a thousand miles starts with just one footstep,that is all i have to say.More photos below.                                                                         ...
