A rescue dog saved his 86-year-old human from a savage attack by a fully unclothed man. Ned Tarmey was letting his best friend Kane out in the yard of his Manchester, New Hampshire home for exercise last week when Kane proved his love and loyalty to his human.  As Ned opened the door to let Kane go about his business, 55-year-old Donald Pierce broke into the backyard fully undressed. He hit Ned with a brick and began throwing rocks and lawn furniture at the elderly man while screaming he was going to take his life.  This is when Kane switched into hero mode. He charged Pierce driving him to the ground. He then held the nude man down until police arrived and arrested him. On Tuesday of this week hospital staff allowed Kane to come and check in on his human and it was a sweet and heart warming reunion.
