DRAMA AS MOHBAD'S EIFE FINALLY GETS SERVED DNA COURT ORDER ON HER HOUSE GATE. (PHOTO).

 Drama as Mohbad’s wife finally gets served DNA court order on her house gate Omowunmi, the wife of the late singer, Mohbad has been finally served the court order for a DNA test. It was reported that the Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ikorodu had granted the order that Omowunmi needed to be served a notice of the pending DNA test application. The legal team told the court that the Sheriff of the court had attempted twice to serve Wunmi the court process but failed and the Chief Magistrate then ordered that Wunmi should be served by posting the court process on her last known address. In an update to it, the court order has been finally delivered to her. The court order letter was pasted on the mother of one’s house gate.

                                                     The EFCC on monday,25th July,2016 arraigned one Samuel Sunday Ovute,a business man and owner of Obuegu & Sons Enterprises,on a two count charge bothering on issuance of dud cheques and obtaining by false pretence,the sum of One Million,Six Hundred and Sixty Two Thousand,Four Hundred and Sixty Two Thousand,Four Hundred Nairs {N1,662,400.00},before Hon. Justice K.I okpe of the State High Court 11,Enugu.It was alleged by a petitioner,that sometimes around April 2015,Ovute,a business man who deals in liquor fraudulently and with intent to defraud,issued Fidelity bank cheques to the tune of Nine Hundred and Fourteen Thousand three Hundred and Eighty Naira {N914,380.00} and Nine Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Naira {915,690.00} respectively,being payment for liquor supplied to him by the petitioner.The cheques were however returned due to insufficient fund in the accused person's account and that all efforts ma

EFCC ARRESTED 5 UNDERGRADUATES OVER N16 MILLION INTERNET FRAUD.{PHOTOS}.

                  The EFCC,Ibadan Zonal Office,has arrested five suspected undergraduate scammers.Four from the Federal University of Technology Akure,{FUTA} and one from Adekunle Ajashin University ,Akungba,{AAUA}.They were picked up at an off-Camous Residence located at Anuoluwapo Close,Stateline Hotel Road,off FUTA South Gate,Akure,Ondo State.They suspcts who are between the ages of 20 and 23 include: Adeleke Paul,21,Adebiyi Tayo Abudu,22,Akinsanmi Olusola Adeniyi 21,Ogundile Ademola James,23 and Okali Ugochukwu,21.The Commission got wind of their activities through series of gathered intelligence.Paul and his co-travelers,who go about with the name Tsunnami Gang and Young Pablo Money allegedly swindled unsuspecting foreigners and others to the tune of Sixteen million naira {N16M} recently by engaging in fraudulent activities of obtaining money by false pretences through scam mails.Paul is a 300 student of Building Technology while James and Olusola are both 400 level students of Ag

                                                           The Lagos State Government today monday has defended the enforcement method of its Special Offences Task Force which favours the removal of number plates of erring vehicles over clamping down and towing of vehicles.The government also denied allegations of highnandedness against officials of the Task Force and those of the Special Offences Tribunal {Mobile Court},describing the coterie of complainants on social media as hypocritical and manipulative.In a statement jointly issued by the State's Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice,Mr Adeniji Kazeem an the Commissioner for Information and Strategy,Mr Steve Ayorinde,the State government said it was within the purview of the traffic law enforcement officer to identify violators of traffic laws and have them booked and tried according to the peculiarities of their offences without having to clamp their tires or tow the vehicles.The new method being adopted by

                          The British High commissioner to Nigeria,His Excellency Paul Arkwright on July 22,2016 paid a courtesy call on the Inspector-General of Police,Ag.
