              According sources,three civilians were killed in Central African Republic today thursday as hundreds of muslims armed with rifles and machetes clashed with French peace keeping troops trying to disarm members of the Rebel Seleka coalition in the town of Bambari.A rebel spokesman said ''The french troopa had opened fire on a crowed of protesters,killing three civilians and wounding six''.A french official denied this by saying the french had fired warning shots into the air after coming underfire themselves.More photos below.

          According to sources,presidential convoy shot at protesting Obafemi Awolowo University students today along Akilalu junction,Ife,Osun state.The convoy led by a Toyota SUV with presidency inscription and registration number,FG902-BO2,tried to drive through the protesting students.The students began protesting on increment in school fees since tuesday May 20.Tuesday May 20.The school management increased the fees from about N17,000 to over N100,000.More photos below.                                                                     

         According to sources,the incident happened at about 7a.m at Toyota bus stop on Oshodi Apapa express way today thurday.The drivers of the truck and bus were badly injured.They were taken to the hospital for treatment.The truck and bus were also badly damaged.The truck was coming from Mile 2 area towards Airport road when on getting to Toyota bus stop,the driver wanted to link Airport road but the truck failed brake and the driver could not control the truck.He rammed the truck into a pillar and it summersaulted,fell,spilling the two heavy containers it was carrying on the bus.The accident caused heavy traffic because the truck fell across the road.
