 Allow court decide Bello’s fate, media office tells EFCC The media office of the former Kogi Governor, Yahaya Bello, has said the court was yet to prove the allegations made against the embattled former governor by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. This was disclosed in a statement signed by Bello’s media office director, Ohiare Michael, on Friday, adding that the former governor did not pay the fees of his children with monies from the coffers of the Kogi State Government. On Tuesday, the Chairman of the EFCC at a press conference, alleged that Bello withdrew $720,000 from a government account to pay his children’s school fees in advance. Following the press conferences receipts of payments of the said fees bearing the names of Bello’s children and those of other family members, who separately paid their fees, have gone viral on social media.                      Is good to have a best-friend like Denrele Edun who is ready to stand by his friends and remember them even after they have gone out of this word.Today monday the 15th of February 2016,Denrele visited the grave site of of Goldie in Ikoyi cementry and he captioned all the pictures on his social media ''GOLDIE:Closed eyes,heart not beating but a living love!,A friend who dies,its something of u who dies too!RIP 24K''.In the previous years,he had visited the grave site.May her soul continue to rest in peace,Amen.More photos below.

A PLANE CARRYING A DEAD BODY AND MILLIONS OF SOUTH AFRICAN RAND,SEIzED IN zIMBABWE.

                          According to CCTV,zimbabwe has seized a plane with millions of South African rand after a dead body was discovered on board.Their Civil Aviation Authority stated that the matter is now being investigated by the police,however added that the Plane owned to the Western Global Airlines,in Florida,United States belonged to the South African Reserve Bank.Pradeep Maharaji,a senior official at the Reserve bank said that ''The South African Reserve Bank {SARB} is aware of an aircraft carrying a SARB consignment that stopped in Harare and was detained following the discovery of an unidentified body that is presumed to be a stowaway on the aircraft''.According to Maharaj,the Reserve Bank is working with zimbabwe authorities to have the cargo released and transported to South Africa.zthe plane was en route to South Africa from Germany before requesting for permission to refuel at zimbabwe's Harare International Airport.One more photo below.

                                                                                        Congratulation to the Christian Woman Organization {CWO} of the Catholic Church of The Holy Spirit,Omole Phase 1 Ikeja,Lagos,who celebrated their first induction of new members yesterday the 14th of February 2016,on the feast of St Valentine.I was invited and i really had fun as the women entertained their guest with music,drama,food and drinks.The induction started from the 9:am mass as the Rev Father identified as Michael Ogunniyi,immediately after the holy communion blessed the medals and the women were inducted.Then they also awarded some women Diamond mothers and others Star mothers for their effort and contributions they have made towards the development of the church and the C.W.O.,before they proceeded to the reception ground to entertain their guests.More photos below.

KOGI STATE GOVERNOR SACKS ALL THEIR PERMANENT SECRETARIES & HEAD OF PARASTATALS TODAY.

                   Alhaji Yahaya Bello,the Governor of Kogi state today monday directed all the permanent secretaries and heads of parastatals in the state civil service to immediately proceed on compulsory leave.A statement issued by the governor's Chief Press Secretary,Kingsley Fanwo,said the state Accountant General has been relieved of his position,while his second in command will proceed on 30 days compulsory leave.The statement reads ''I wish to confirm that His Excellency,Alhaji Yahaya Bello has directed that all permanent secretaries,heads of administration aare to go on compulsory leve with immediate effect.The only exemptions to this category are people on acting capacity and the permanent secretary,government house.Also the Accountant General has been relieved of his position,while the second in command will proceed on 30 days compulsory leave.At the local government level,the Directors of Local Government {DLGs},treasurers,education secretaries and cashiers are
