 ANAMBRA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL INSPECTS NEW HIGH COURT COMPLEX: EXPRESSES SATISFACTION  By Chinelo Okeke  The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Anambra State, Tobechukwu Nweke, SAN, on  Monday, June 1st, 2026, conducted an inspection visit to the state's new High Court building,Complex currently under construction behind the Judiciary Headquarters off Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka. Nweke led the team of Commissioners that accompanied him to the inspection which are Arch. Henry Arinze, Commissioner for Housing, with Barrister Chijioke Ojukwu, Commissioner for Physical and Urban Development. Attorney General toured the facility and expressed strong satisfaction with the progress and quality of work on the project. Speaking during the inspection, Nweke described the structure as solid and befitting of a modern judicial institution. A SNAKE BITE {VENOM} TURNS A 13 YEARS OLD GIRL LEG TO BLACK AND ROT AWAY.

               The pictures above,shows a 13 year old girl in pains after she was bitten by an a snake.The snake venom caused severe necrosis,the premature death of cells.This caused the tissue in her leg to die,leaving it to withered and rotten.The 13 year old girl who is unidentified,was first treated by remedies from the indigenous culture she was from.A month later she was eventually brought to Carcaras,Venezuela,for medical treatment.One of the doctors said the girls leg will be amputated but she will still likely die from the snake venom.One more picture below.                                                                                                               ...

              The Olympic and paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius whose lower legs were amputated as a baby,killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's day last year y firing four 9mm rounds into the locked door of a toilet cubicle in what he said was the mistaken belief an intruder was hiding behind it.The announcement of the appeal came today monday in a Twitter statement from Nathi Mncube,Spokesman for the National Prosecuting Authority {NPA}.Oscar Pistorius judgement,NPA will be appealing both the conviction and sentence''.Oscar Pistorius was last week sentenced to five year for culpable homicide.One more picture below.                                                                                             ...

A GERMAN CITIZEN WORKING FOR JULIUS BERGER,WAS KILLED AND ANOTHER ABDUCTED BY UNKNOWN GUNMEN IN OGUN STATE.

               In an official emailed statement by Julius Berger construction company,they said ''One expatriate ,a sub contractor to Julius Berger,was shot and has subsequently died.The other expatriate,a staff of Julius Berger,has been abducted.Julius Berger is currently working in close co-operation with the Nigerian authorities to make certain the safe and prompt release of the person abducted and belives this to be an isolated criminal incident''.According to a Senior Security source,he said ''One car was stopped by the gunmen shooting,and when the driver of the other car saw what had happened he attempted to turn around but the attackers also opened fire on that vehicle,killing the German citizen''.The incident occured on friday,and the Germans who were working with Julius Berger,were traveling without their security escorts.One more photo below.                           ...
