EFCC TASKFORCE ARRESTS 34 SUSPECTED CURRENCY SPECULATORS IN ABUJA. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.

 EFCC Taskforce Arrests 34 Suspected Currency Speculators in Abuja Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, attached to the Taskforce on Currency mutilation, Dollarization of the Economy and Forex Malpractice, have arrested 34 suspected currency speculators  for alleged foreign exchange fraud. They were arrested on Friday, April 26, 2024 in a sting operation following credible intelligence about illegal sales of dollars at the Wuse Zone 4 area of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.   The suspects are :Usman Mohammed, Abdullahi Nasir, Abubakar Saleh, Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, Abubakar Ghadafi, Muktar Usman, Umar Abubakar Abba, Yakubu Sani, Aminu Abubakar, Muhammed Suleman Abara, Yusuf Tahir, Usman Lawal, Usman Lawal, Usman Umar, Amina Garba Rola, Muhammed Aliyu, Murtala Haruna, Sani Mohammed, Umar Farouk, Muhammed Sagiuru, Aminu Salisu, Lawal Bello, Munzali Hashim, Jamilu Suleiman, Mustapha Umar, Mubarak Tanimu, Adamu Garba, Mohammed Usman, Bello Musa, Saleh Moha

NATIONAL ENQUIRER,CLAIMED HOLLYWOOD ACTOR CHARLIE SHEEN IS HIV POSITIVE.

                     According to the National Enquirer magazine who is claiming in their recent edition that Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen is HIV positive and two hours after they released their story Peoples magazine confirmed the news with Crisis manager Howard Braghman.Sources told National Enquirere that ''Charlie had sex with multiple partners since learning his HIV status without informing them of his potentially deadly HIV infection.Charlie hired escorts,and him being HIV positive never entered these women's minds.The fact he was playing Russian roulette with their lives,while the women were playing Russian roulette with the propect of becoming pregnant by Sheen and being set for life''.Enquirer is also reporting that one of the women who was allegedly exposed,settled a civil action against the actor.Sheen has been married three times and has five children.One more photo below.

           There is a new video made by the Islamist group ISIS warning that countries taking part in air strikes against Syria would suffer the same fate as Paris and they claimed they will attack Washington D.C next.The specific threat against the US capital emerged as CIA director John Brennan warned that more atrocities will be committed against the west by the Islamist terror group.In the film an armed fighter addresses the camera to say in Arabic ''We say to the state that take part in the crusader campaign that,by God you will have a day God willing,like France's and by God as we struck France in the centre of its abode in Paris,then we swear that we will strike America as its centre in Washington''. KENYA NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM,WERE STRANDED AT THEIR AIRPORT TODAY FOR NON PAYMENT OF THEIR CHARTERED PLANE.

                   Today monday,the Kenya national football team Harambee stars players were stranded at Wilson airport in the country's capital after the owner of the chartered plane they were to travel in refused to give the go ahead for the plane's departure demanding full payment.There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the journey since morning .The flight that was to leave at 0700 GMT failed to do so after the players staged a go slow demanding full payment of their dues from past matches.The flight was rescheduled for 1330 GMT,but again failed to take off after Skyward Company,the owner of the chartered plane that the players were to use,demanded that full payment is made before the plane is released.

4 PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES IN BURUNDI YESTERDAY,AFTER GUNFIRES & EXPLOSIONS.

                    Yesterday sunday at least four people died in shootings and explosions in various neighborhoods in Burundi's capital.A police officer who witnessed the incident but do not wish to be named said ''Attackers targeted a police post in the south of the capital,killing one police officer and injuring another''.The shootings started around 9:00pm,local time in areas like Mutakura,where three people were wounded.The gunfire intensified at midnight and was heard across Bujumbura for several hours.Dieudonne Nduwayo,administrative secretary of Bujumbura's Bwiza zone,said three other people had been killed in different places within the capital's Mukaza district.

80% OF THE NYSC POSTED TO SOKOTO STATE,WERE POSTED TO SCHOOLS.

               According to the Coordinator of the National Youths Service Corps {NYSC} in Sokoto State,Mr Thomas Yamma,said more than 80 percent of the 2,371 corps members deployed to the state were posted to schools to teach as part of their primary assignment.He made this disclosure at Wamakko,headquarters of Wamakko Local Government Area of Sokoto state during the closing ceremony of the three week orientation exercise for corps members.The coordinator said ''Majority of the corps members deployed to Sokoto state were specifically posted to secondary schools across the 23 local government areas of the state to teach.The logic of this gesture is to help in the ongoing efforts to revamp the educational sector''.One more photo below.
