The President has also approved the appointment of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA). Dr. Barikor is an academic and politician. He was a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015, while Prince Amgbare is a retired naval officer and former commissioner in Bayelsa State.  Alabama - The well-known Vice Chairman of the Madison County Young Republicans arrested for sexual torture and tragic murder of a 54-year-old man. 36-year-old Kyle Lewter has been charged with murder,  s*xual torture and s*xuaĺ abuse with an inanimate object. These charges come after the uncle of 54-year-old, Derek Walls, became concerned after not being able to reach Walls and repeated knocks on his door went unanswered.  The uncle called 911 and police made the shocking discovery inside of the Lewter home. Walls and Lewter were known to each other, however there are no reports on what that connection was.  The public is shocked after hearing the news of Lewter's arrest. Kyle has been publicly involved in the Alabama Republican party since he was still in middle school and has done campaign work for several prominent Alabama Republicans including Jeff Sessions and Mo Brooks.  Okawville, Illinois Police Chief, Thomas A. Hall is charged with Domestic Violence with Bodily Harm.  On March 7th, 40-year-old Thomas Hall appeared in court with his attorney. He pleaded not guilty to all charges. Hall demanded a jury trial.  On February 22nd - 23rd it is alleged that Chief Hall struck a female occupant in his home. He allegedly restrained a female occupant by her wrists. When officers arrived, they alleged that the female victim had bruises and red marks that indicated she was restrained.  Thomas Hall was admonished by the court and told he cannot be around the alleged victim.  I will update. In the meantime, the victim is in our thoughts. This is still an active investigation and I cannot release all of the information I know. I can say this woman is very strong, in my opinion.

 Father Of 4, Chris Ozobia, Commits Suicide In Enugu. A father of four identified as Chris Ozobia from Onitsha in Anambra state has commited suicide in Enugu. Ozobia, who's in his 40s reportedly took his own life at his block industry located at Ugbo Owa, by old airport road, Emene, Enugu on Sunday 3rd March, 2024. Journalist101 learnt that the man left behind four children and a wife. His children are between 3-9 years old and lives at standard layout by tarmac school, Emene Enugu. According to one of the friends of the deceased who craved for anonymity, said Ozobia took his own life in his workplace after lying to his wife to leave the house.  EFCC Arrests Four Suspected Fraudsters in Maiduguri Operatives of the Maiduguri Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, March 8, 2024 arrested four suspects for sending fake transaction credit alerts to their victims. They were arrested within Maiduguri metropolis, Borno State, following intelligence on their fraudulent acts.  Bandits ‘demand’ N40trn as ransom for 16 abducted Kaduna residents Bandits have reportedly demanded N40 trillion as a ransom to release the 16 residents abducted from the Gonin Gora area of Kaduna. Speaking with TheCable on Monday, John Yusuf, a community leader, said the bandits contacted family members of the victims and also demanded 11 Hilux vans and 150 motorcycles. This is the first time bandits would make such a huge demand since abduction for ransom started in Nigeria. On February 28, bandits killed two residents of Anguwan Auta in Gonin Gora and abducted several others.  UK Begins Dependants’ Ban For Migrant Caregivers, Health Workers The United Kingdom (UK) has started the implementation of the dependants’ ban on migrant caregivers and health workers. In a post on its X handle on Monday, the UK Home Office said the move is part of plans to cut migration.
