 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS JIM OVIA AS CHAIRMAN OF THE NIGERIAN EDUCATION LOAN FUND.  President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Jim Ovia, CFR, renowned banker and businessman, as the Chairman of the Board of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). SCOTLAND FIRST PRIME MINISTER,RESIGNS AFTER SCOTLAND VOTES NO TO INDEPENDENCE.

               Scotland first Prime Minister Alex Almond this afternoon resigned just hours after voters rejected independence in yesterday's historic referendum.He said he would stand down as both party leader and first minister in November to let the next generation take over the fight to lead Scotland out of the Union.Alex Salmond announced his departure at a press conference today friday afternoon.He said party paliament and country would benefit from the new leadership but he fired a warning shot at David Cameron not to go back on his promise to transfer sweeping new powers to Holyrood within six months.He was forced to accept that a majority of Scots had decided not to become an independent country.The No Campaign secured 55% of the vote to the Nationalists 45%.More photos below.

AN AKWA IBOM WOMAN,ARRESTED FOR KILLING AND EATING HER NEIGHBOUR'S DOGS.

                  According to sources,a 28 year old woman,Helen Essien,a mother of three and from Akwa Ibom whom owns a popular dog pepper soup joint in Ajao estate,Lagos,was arrested and charged before Oshodi magistrate court for allegedly stealing her neighbours dogs to prepare pepper soup.Helen went to the dog owners house,Andrew Ozo at Aimasiko street,off Afariogun street,Oshodi,Lagos and asked him to sell his three dogs to her but she refused.The following day,he woke up in the morning and did not find the dogs again.He hurriedly went to Essien's bar and found she and her workers busy preparing dog pepper soap.Andrew confronted her and she denied.He reported the matter at Makinde police Division.During interrogations,Helen Essien confessed she went to Andrew's house to check the dogs but denied stealing them.She claimed that she only went to Andrew's house because her dog's were missing but she pretended that she wanted to buy his dogs in order to check if they we

                                           I really don't know what to say about these masquerade that decided to use the ATM,with his full outfit.Masquerade's generally are presumed to be ghost of the dead but thank God for civilization if not that lady standing behind him would have been flogged or penalized.I wonder why the bank security in the first place will allow these suspicious being to use the ATM.What if his using another person's ATM,that is why he does not want anybody to recognize him or his face to be captured by the camera..
