 TCIPC Customs, NNS Beecroft Reaffirm Commitment to National Security, Trade Facilitation The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Tincan Island Port Command (TCIPC), and the Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS), Beecroft, have renewed their commitment to securing Nigeria’s maritime borders and facilitating smooth trade operations.  This was highlighted during a visit on Thursday, 27 March 2025, by the newly appointed Commander of NNS Beecroft, Commodore Paul Nimmyel, to the Customs Area Controller (CAC), Comptroller Frank Onyeka at the TCIPC headquarters. While welcoming the Navy Commander, Comptroller Onyeka emphasised the importance of inter-agency collaboration in ensuring national security does not take a backseat to trade facilitation. FINE COAT PAINT FACTORY IN ALAGBADO LAGOS,WAS ALMOST BURNT TO THE GROUND TODAY.

                           These Alagbado fire outbreaks is becoming suspicious because last week,it was AIT studio that was on fire.The AIT studio started because of high voltage that affected the air-condition,today again,sources sent in some pictures,claiming that not less than few hours ago,''half of Fine Coat Paint factory,at Alagbado Casso bus stop in Lagos has been razed down by fire.The fire started from small and it increased by spreading to the other part of the building,burning half of the building''.From the pictures sent in,it's obvious the fire is thick and it must have destroyed a lot of properties.Even from a distance,you will notice the thick smoke.No official report has been issued,if anybody died or not in fire.One more photo below.

SENATOR OBANIKORO,CLEARED TO BE RE-APPOINTED AS A MINISTER BY THE SENATORS TODAY.

                                        Today wednesday,Senator Musiliu Obanikoro was cleared by the Senators as a Minister after some Senators kicked against his appointment.The whole Chaos began when Senator Mark called on Senator Abdul Ningi,the leader of the Senate to kick off the the screening by reading the names of the four ministerial nominees scheduled for screening.The mention of the name of Obanikoro was met with shouts of No,no,no,by the APC Senators.This threw the Senate chambers into a rowdy session for some minutes.After order was restored,APC  Senators tried to stop the screening of Obanikoro.Senator Gbenga Ashafa,representing Lagos called the attention of the Senate President to a report of a suit against the confirmation of Obanikoro as a minister in a Lagos High Court by one Kemi Lawal.But the Senate President said he has not been served and he cannot act on a news...
