ROBOCOP STATUE FINALLY UNVEILED IN DETROIT AFTER NEARLY 15 YEARS. (PHOTO).

RoboCop statue finally unveiled in Detroit after nearly 15 years A 11-foot-tall bronze statue of the iconic science fiction hero RoboCop has finally been installed in Detroit, nearly 15 years after the idea first emerged. The 2.5-ton sculpture, depicting RoboCop as played by Peter Weller in the 1987 film, now stands outside the Free Age Production Studio in Detroit’s Eastern Market. Jim Toscano, the studio’s owner, expressed excitement over the installation, calling it “super impressive” and noting that it has already drawn visitors to the area. The project began in 2011 after a public exchange with then-Mayor Dave Bing sparked a fan-led campaign to bring the statue to life. Community arts advocate Brandon Walley and entrepreneur Jerry Paffendorf launched a Kickstarter that raised over $67,000 to fund the effort. Detroit sculptor Giorgio Gikas completed the statue in 2017, but legal hurdles, including obtaining rights from MGM, delayed its placement. With the statue now in place, organ...

                   Congratulations to Mohammed Buhari,who just won the presidential primaries of the APC held at the Taslim Balogun stadium in Surulere Lagos state.Buhari got 3,430 votes,former vice President Atiku Abubakar got 954 vote,Rochas Okorocha got 624 vote,Kwankwaso got 974 vote and Nda Isaiah got a heart breaking 10 vote.Buhari will be contesting against Nigerian current President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and i wish Goodluck all the luck in the world.More photos below.

FRENCH TROOPS,KILLED A WANTED ISLAMIST TERRORIST TODAY IN MALI.

                     The United States has offered a $5million reward for information leading to the arrest of Ahmed al-Telemsi,who took part in the 2011 kidnapping of two French nationals in Niger and of three aid workers in Algeria later that year.Now it was announced by Mali defense ministry spokesman said today that French forces in Northern Mali have killed a senior commander of the al-Mourabitoun Islamist group who was wanted by the United State.Al-Tilemsi was a founding member of the movement for Unity and Jihad in West Africa {MUJWA},which merged with fighters loyal to veteran Islamist leader Mokhtar Belmokhtar to form al-Mourabitoun last year.One more photo below.                                                                           ...
