DRAMA AS MOHBAD'S EIFE FINALLY GETS SERVED DNA COURT ORDER ON HER HOUSE GATE. (PHOTO).

 Drama as Mohbad’s wife finally gets served DNA court order on her house gate Omowunmi, the wife of the late singer, Mohbad has been finally served the court order for a DNA test. It was reported that the Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ikorodu had granted the order that Omowunmi needed to be served a notice of the pending DNA test application. The legal team told the court that the Sheriff of the court had attempted twice to serve Wunmi the court process but failed and the Chief Magistrate then ordered that Wunmi should be served by posting the court process on her last known address. In an update to it, the court order has been finally delivered to her. The court order letter was pasted on the mother of one’s house gate.

    According to Channels TV, '' The political crisis in the Benue State House of Assembly assumed another dimension on Friday when the Nigerian police barred the 22 lawmakers who impeached Mr Terkimbi Ikyange as Speaker of the Assembly from gaining access to the legislative chamber for plenary. As early as 8 am, police vehicles had blocked the main entrance of the state House of Assembly The lawmakers then attempted to enter the chamber through another gate behind the assembly complex, but they met another police blockade there. This led to a heated exchange with a Deputy Commissioner of Police, Tajudeen Bakare, who led the operation. Bakare told the lawmakers that the information available to him indicated that there would be a breakdown of law and order.        The Roving Team of the Federal Operations Unit, Zone 'C' has seized container no. MRSU 3040288 found to carry military hard wears along Aba-Portharcourt road.   Examination was conducted in the presence of a representative of the owner of the container and found to contain the followings: 1. Eleven (11) bales containing new sets of sewn military camouflage. Each bale contain 400 pairs of sewn military camouflage. 2. Fifteen (15) cartons containing Altama combat boots. ‘BAD COMPACTORS HINDER EFFECTIVE WASTE DISPOSAL’ – COMMISSIONER.

      The Lagos State Commissioner for the Environment, Mr. Babatunde Durosinmi-Etti has said that decrepit waste compactors, often relied upon by PSP operators to cart away refuse, have constituted a major hindrance to effective waste disposal in the State. Durosinmi-Etti stated this in Alausa  on Thursday during the familiarisation and fact-finding visit by the Federal Commissioner for the Lagos State Office of the Public Complaints Commission, Mr. Abimbola Ayo-Yusuf. He said that the lack of adequate roadworthy compactors contributed in no small measure to weaken the capacity of PSP operators to serve their clients efficiently, thereby causing a delay in the frequency of evacuating waste in different localities within the State. “As evident from the re-certification exercise carried out in Alimosho Local Government Area for example, out of the 44 compactors presented for the exercise, only 17 compactors were certified to be in good working condition”, he said.       The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday 25 July, 2018 arraigned the dou of Temitope Owolani (alias Patra Raphael) and Godwin Iyetor (alias Engineer) before Justice Adamu Turaki of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. They were arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretence.   Specifically, the duo are being prosecuted by the Commission for alleg edly defrauding one Isiaku Ahmadu the sum of N1,500,000.00 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira only) purportedly for the purchase of a Toyota Hiace bus.According to the petitioners, on 6 December, 2017, Ahmed transferred through his Fidelity bank account number 3173000418 the sum of N1.5million to Enwerem Christian's Eko bank account number 6018268684 as a part-payment for the purchase of the bus.    A facebook user wrote this yesterday and he captioned all the pictures he shared  '' This is MGBEMENA STREET, AWADA, OBOSI, ANAMBRA STATE. This street has been under construction for some months now by some people who I don't even know if they are into road construction.  Don't even know the kind of materials they are using here, they will just leave a trip of sand and the rain with carry it away.  We can't pass through here anymore, except through Nwaziki Street or Ezeiweka.  I believe this was a project the government of Anambra State gave to some people, now they left it that way, risking the lives of people.  Please share this until the government of Anambra State see it. NIGERIAN ARMY REDEPLOYS SENIOR OFFICERS.#PRESS RELEASE.

       1. The Nigerian Army has announced a major redeployment of senior officers in Command, Staff and other appointments. The posting affected Principal Staff Officers both at the Defence and Army Headquarters as well as General Officers Commanding (GOCs). The Theatre Commander Operation LAFIYA DOLE, Force Commander Multinational Joint Task Force are also affected by the posting. 2. The posting which also re-organized Operation LAFIYA DOLE was aimed at injecting new hands to further actualize the vision of the Chief of Army Staff COAS), Lieutenant General Tukur Yusufu Buratai. 3.
