 Outcries Over State Recognised Vigilantes In North-West   The security outfits established by various state governments, especially in the North-West, are being accused of indiscriminate arrests and killing of suspects, as well as innocent people without recourse to judicial processes, findings by Daily Trust Saturday revealed. But those charged with the responsibility of managing the outfits have debunked the claims of extrajudicial killings, though some admitted what they described as “overzealousness” by some of the operatives. It was alleged that in some states, long lists of suspected bandits, their supporters or sympathisers have been arrested and ultimately killed, and such acts are allegedly being carried out without recourse to the police and other law enforcement agencies.            According to sources,gunmen mounted on motorbikes killed at least 32 people in Gumushi village.The attacked occurred along Cameroon border area of Borno state on wednesday afternoon.Is the killing's by the insurgence is becoming almost a daily affair.May God help Nigeria.

OGUN STATE GOVT TO EJECT ILLEGAL SQUATTERS FROM QUARTERS.

          Head of service Mrs Modupe Adekunle,issued the threat wednesday during a briefing to mark the third year in office of Governor Amosun.She expressed dismay at government officials who had converted government quarters into either a guest house or provision store,stressing that illegal occupants will be ejected soon.From the report of previous verification exercies,it was discovered that some of these quarters are being occupied by illegal occupants in some cases,government quarters had been converted to guest houses and provision stores.This ugly trend must be addressed with all sense of seriousness.

4 GIRLS ESCAPED FROM BOKO HARAM's DEN.

             According to sources,four more girls kidnapped by boko haram last month have escaped but 219 girls were still missing.The girls were writing exams in a secondary school in Chibok villiage in Borno state.When 276 were loaded into a truck by gun men on April 14,fifty three of the girls escaped shortly afterwards.
