 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF TWO AGENCIES  President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Innocent Bariate Barikor as the Director-General of the National Environmental Standards and Regulation Enforcement Agency (NESREA). The President has also approved the appointment of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA). Dr. Barikor is an academic and politician. He was a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015, while Prince Amgbare is a retired naval officer and former commissioner in Bayelsa State. The President expects that the new heads of these important agencies will discharge their duties with utmost fidelity to the nation and unfailing adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and excellent service to the people of Nigeria. AERO CONTRACTORS,DEBUNK NEWS THAT THEY SACKED OVER 100 OF IT'S STAFF.

             Today friday,Aero Contractors sacked over 100 workers from its payroll.But the airline according to a statement by its public relations consultants,SY & T said it only reviewed its contract with the out sourcing firm:SBL.most of those affected by the sack according to a source were support staff who have spent few years with the airline.A source close to the airline who didn't want him name in print confirmed the development.The statement from the airline consultants,reads ''In the course of reorganizing and repositioning its business,Aero Contractors has reviews its relationship with Skyborne by cutting down some of the serves required from the company.This will help the company to invest more resources to enhance customer service.For the record Aero has not sacked any of its staff'''.But a source said those affected by the development were contract staff whose contract have expired with the company.One more photo below.                        

LUPITA NYONG'O,WAS RECENTLY LISTED AS BRITISH AIRWAYS 9TH BEST DRESSED TRAVELLER.

                           Oscar award winning actress Lupita Nyong'o was recently listed as British Airways 9th best dressed traveller.The list compiled by British Airways ranked the 33 year oold star as 9th best dressed traveller.Number one on the list was Victoria Beckham who was followed by Amal Clooney,Kendall Jenner,Angelina Jolie,Gwen Stafani,Charlize Theron,Taylor Swift,Marion Cotillard,Lupita Nyong'o and Heidi Klum respectively.According to Hollywood stylist Elizabeth Saltzmann said that one of the most wonderful things about Lupita Nyongo's personal style is that  she is not afraid to use colour.More photos below.

LATE TUNJI BRAITHWAITE,TO BE NAMED AFTER DOLPHIN PARK IN LAGOS STATE.

                   In recognition of his various contributions to the political developments in the country,the Lagos State Government intends to name the Dolphin Activist Park after the late Human Rights Activist,Social Crusader,Democrat and Founder of the National Advance Party {NAP} during the 2nd Republic,Dr. Tunji Braithwaite,who died on monday,March 28 at St Nicholas Hospital,Lagos at the age of 82.Governor Ambode,who disclosed on tuesday at a special service of songs organised by the family at Yard 158,Oregun as part of his burial programmes,said it is part of the plan by the present administration to immortalise the late legal luminary and a major actor in the nation's politics.Represented by hiss Deputy,Dr. Idiat Oluranti Adebule,Ambode noted that the late Dr Braithwaite dedicated his life to the wellbeing and welfare of the masses,adding that on several occasions he had stood for and defended the rights of the common man and at the same time used the law to free Nigerians
