 LASG CONDUCTS CBT FOR GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME, REAFFIRMS MERIT-BASED YOUTH EMPOWERMENT The Lagos State Government has conducted a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for applicants of its Graduate Internship Placement Programme (GIPP), reaffirming its commitment to transparent and merit-driven youth empowerment. The CBT, organised by the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment, was held at the Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC) as part of the programme’s selection process, on Thursday, April 23, 2026,  A large number of qualified graduates participated in the exercise, which was conducted in an orderly and conducive environment. Speaking on the exercise, the Honourable Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Hon. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe, commended the peaceful conduct of candidates and reiterated the State Government’s resolve to expand sustainable employment opportunities for youths. A FEMALE POLICE CORPORAL,ARRESTED FOR STEALING A HONDA CAR.

                  Yesterday wednesday,a 35 year old female Corporal Fumilayo Balogun,was paraded by the Ogun state police command,and fumilayo was seen wearing a uniform,ment for the rank of Assistant Superintendent of police.She was dismissed in 2010 by the Ondo state command for presenting a fake result to get police employment.After her dismissal,she promoted herself to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of police and started stealing cars from stores.The Honda car she stole,is worth N5Million,which was later sold to unsuspecting client.She confessed committing the crime at Special Anti-robbery Squad,SARS headquarters in Abeokuta,where she was paraded.One more photo below.

MBGN 2013 MODEL WINNER ESTER KANU,DIED YESTERDAY.

           We regret to announce the death of 24 year old Ester Kanu,who passed away yesterday wednesday morning,after she suddenly slumped and was immediately rushed to the hospital,where she was confirmed dead.She represented Abia state at the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2013,where she won MBGN Model.Though the cause of her death is still unknown,more details later,may her soul rest in peace.One more photo below.
