 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. 9 DEAD,24 INJURED IN A TWIN BOMB BLAST TODAY IN CAMEROON.

                  Today sunday,it was confirmed that at least nine people were killed and 24 people were wounded in a twin bomb blast in northern Cameroon town of Kolofata.Regional prefect Babila Akaou said the two attacks took place close to the Latin neighbourhood of the twon before 9:00amArmy spokesman Colonel Didier Badjeck,who confirmed the death toll,said an investigation was underway amid diverging reports about whether the attacks were carried out by two teenage boys or two young women.Kolofata lies close to the border with northeast Nigeria and has repeatedly been the target of attacks by Boko Haram.

                            Today sunday,it was confirmed that by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria {NAHCON} has confirmed that three Nigerian pilgrims sustained minor injuries in the crane crash in Mecca's Grand Mosque in Saudi Arabia.The Chairman of the commission,Mallam Abdullahi Muhtar,who made this known at a news conference in Abuja,said that the victims were responding to treatment in the Holy land.Mukhtar,who did not name the victims,however said that two were from Kaduna and one from Gombe.He expressed deep shock over the sad incident but assured that it would not affect this year's exercise in any way.Media report had said that 103 people died and over 200 people were injured in the incident.''On the commission'spart,we have advised the various states pilgrims board not to allow their pilgrims to go close to the Grand Mosque for now.They have adhered strictly to our directive and it is yielding positiv...
