 Noise pollution: Lagos seals five churches, 19 hotels The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has temporarily shut down no fewer than five churches and 19 hotels over noise pollution between March 23 and April 26  Calculations by our correspondent also showed that no fewer than four markets and shopping complexes were also shut down over noise pollution and other environmental infractions. The churches that have been temporarily sealed include St Monica’s Hall of Our Lady of Lord’s Catholic Church, Christ Rock of Fire Ministry, Wonderful Bible Prayer Ministries, God’s Porch Ministries, and an unnamed Catholic Church Some of the hotels affected are School2bar, Blue Seasons Hotel and Suites, Sulerious Lakeside Hotel, Monero Hotel and Suites, and Lekki Hotel and Suites.            According to British Vogue,Rihanna has inspired thousands of youth girls with her controversial style,but now Rihanna's impact on fashion will be officially recognised by the industry,when she receives the fashion Icon Awards from the council of fashion Designers of America.Rihanna is in good company,with past recipients of the award including Kate Moss,Lady Gaga and Iman.She will receive the prize at the annual ceremony on June 2,2014,which will take place at Lincoln centre's Alice Tully Hall in New York.

A SMELLING INTRUDER BROKE INTO THE KARDASHIAN/JENNER FAMILY HOME.

           Kim Kardashian and Kris jenner were said to be faced with a rather unfortunate smelling intruder.On sunday the 20 years old man who smelled like hell was subdued by police after he got pasts security at Kris Jenner's home in the Hidden Hillsin Calabasas.The intruder is said to have made his way to the house where he began looking through the windows when Kim arrived.Kim is said to have triggered the alarm and called her security team.Another source said the 20 year old man claimed he was Kendall Jenner's boyfriend and Justin Bieber's stepbrother.Since the kardashians used a fake front fake house for the show,below is the front view of their house.

                                                            A grandmother has been left with a disfigured nose after doctor failed to notice she had a tumour,the size of turnip growing on her nose.she has a hole in the centre of her face after a series of life saving operations to move a cancerous growth from the end of her nose.The problem developed when she was in hospital and over nearly five months a scab repeatedly formed on tip of her nose before falling off.Doctors initially dismissed the growth as a reaction to the medication she was given after breaking her leg.Each time it came back the sore got bigger and nurses jokingly nicknamed her Pinocchio.Mrs Humphrey.a retired bus conductor said ''I understand they butchered my face to save my life,and i'm very grateful.During the time the tumour was growing on my face,i saw dozens of doctors and nurses many of whom commented about it but did not even bother doing any tests.When i was finally diagnosed with skin cancer,it

HUGH JACKMAN RETURNS FOR WOLVERINE FILM 3 IN 2017.

              Hugh Jackman will be returning for the 3rd  Wolverine film.A sequel to the wolverine itself is a sequel to to X-men origins.His contract with FOX officially ended after he finished filming X-men ''Days of Future Past'',last year.Hugh Jackman said previously that he was getting too old to maintain the hardcore workout regime required to portray wolverine's muscular physique but all what he said about getting old was put aside when these new arrangement came up.Maybe what they offered him changed his mind,with film set to be released in 3rd of March 2017.The story will be written by David James Kelly who is also penning a Daredevil Reboot for FOX.One more picture below.

L'WREN SCOTTS BODY TO BE BURIED IN HOLLYWOOD CEMETERY.

          L'wren Scott's body was taken from a Manhattan funeral home on sunday morning and flown to Los Angeles where her boyfriend Mick Jagger is making arrangements for his late fashion designer girlfriend.Staffs Frank E Campbell funeral chapel on 81st street and Madison Avenue took out the dark wooden cofin containing L'wren's body at 10am for her journey to Los Angeles The coffin will be taken to Hollywood forever funeral home and cemetery where actors such as Rudolph Valentino and Estelle Getty were buried.L'Wren committed suicide last week monday at her New York home.Her boyfriend Mick Jagger is planning a small funeral ceremony in the next few days.Mick Jaggers daughter Karis was also seen looking for plots for L'wren's.More pictures below.

RUSSELL CROW FINALLY GETS POPE FRANCIS BLESSINGS FOR HIS NEW FILM NOAH.

              49 year old Russell Crow has had a brief meeting with Pope Francis concerning his latest film Noah and at the end,the Pope gave him his blessings.Russell said to his audience ''The holy father showed a great level of consistency with the things he's been saying and things he's been doing,it was an incredible privilege to be invited.Given the amount of controversy surrounding this film,and has been surrounding it for a year now,the fact we were invited to the Vatican was extremely kind''.Crow upcoming Biblical film Noah originally reached out to the Pope on twitter,but both of his scheduled meetings with the Pope in the past week were called of at the last minute but atlast he met with Russell later in one of the evenings.More pictures below.
