 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF TWO AGENCIES  President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Innocent Bariate Barikor as the Director-General of the National Environmental Standards and Regulation Enforcement Agency (NESREA). The President has also approved the appointment of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA). Dr. Barikor is an academic and politician. He was a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015, while Prince Amgbare is a retired naval officer and former commissioner in Bayelsa State. The President expects that the new heads of these important agencies will discharge their duties with utmost fidelity to the nation and unfailing adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and excellent service to the people of Nigeria.                      Sources claimed that about 500 people forced their way into span's north Africa enclave of Melilla today tueday,in which the Spanish officials said is the largest number to storm the border in almost a decade as increasing naval patrols discourage entry by sea.Spain has two enclave in Morocco,Ceuro and Melilla,and migrants from all over Africa regularly try to reach them,mostly by climbing the triple barriers that separate them from Morocco.Thousands of migrants camp for months around Beni Chiguer,from where the attempts were made today tuesday to sneak into the enclave illegally.The area around Chiguer is covered in shrubs,providing cover for people who attempt to cross or sneak in by night.Migrants enter the enclaves without official documents,often without belongings and wearing just flimsy shoes and shorts,and are housed in temporary centers untill their identity can be determined or untill they are moved.Many end up in Spain and either stay there or travel

            Kris Jenner is currently being blackmailed by a man who claims to have a video of her having sex.The man has been demanding money from Kris.If he's not paid,he claimed he will release the tape.Sources claimed ''He called Kris more than one hundred times in the last seven days,from more than 100 different phone numbers.He used scrambled cell numbers.He called more than 25 times on sunday alone''.Although Kris is claiming there is no sex tape to be blackmailed  over.Now she has ramped up the security at her family home.She is fed up of the man incessantly calling the house and believes he could even be following her.More pictures below.

PRINCE WILLIAM,AWARDS HIS SON'S OBSTETRICIAN AND ANOTHER.

             Sir Marcus Setchell,the obstetrician who delivered Prince Williams son,Prince George,is being made today a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.He was a former consultant Obstetrician who led the London team that Delivered Prince George at the private Lindo wing of St Mary's Hospital in central London on July 22 last year.Also awarded is business woman  Karen Brady who was awarded a CBE by Prince William at Buckingham palace.The west Ham United Vice Chairman was given the investure this morning for service to the entrepreneurship and women in business.Mrs Brady,who co-stars on BBC show the Apprentice alongside Lord Sugar,broke into the male dominated world of football as managing director of Birmingham city at the age of 23.She has long been renowned for championing thw cause of women in business and has repeatedly called on her fellow female professionals to help those trying to make their way in the business world.After a number of guest appearance on the pr
