                                                                                  Yesterday afternoon,combined team of Nigeria policemen maintaining security duties at the entrance of Borno State Government Secretariate,{which was known as Musa Usman Secretariat} in Maiduguri,intercepted and prevented a male suicide bomber from entering to attack workers based on suspicion.Unfortunately,in the process of stopping him,he denoted the Improvised Explosive Device {IED} on his body,instantly killing himself,a policeman and critically injuring another policeman that stopped him from gaining entry into the Secretariat Complex.Sadly,the injured policeman died later.Similarly,18 people have sustained various degrees of injuries and have since been evacuated to hospital for treatment.Troops have cordoned off the area and evacuated all workers from the Secretariat and reinforced security.In addition,the Explosive Ordinance Device {EOD} and K9 teams have been mobilized to the Secretariat for scree

                According to sources,a father identified as 31 year old Daniel Joseph,have been handed over to the Kaduna Police Command for raping his own two year old biiological daughter.The incident was said to have occurred in Gonin-Gora,Chikun local government area of the state and leading to the daughter discharging.Daniel Joseph,who is a carpenter was said to have been exposed by his Neighbours who reported the case to the ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development after which he was handed over to the police command {CID}.It was also gathered that the mother of the girl is late and giving room for the father to allegedly have carnal knowledge of his daughter.Upon interrogation,the suspect was said to have denied it but people in the area testified that he is fond of the ungodly act.I was however gathered that a Doctor who examined the little girl confirmed penetration and serious infection.Earlier,the Commissioner of Women Affairs and Social Development,Hajia Rabi Abduls

                              A 72 year old Indian woman and her 79 year old husband have celebrated the birth of their first child after 46 years of marriage,with the help of IVF treatment.Daljinder Kaur gave birth last month after two years of treatment using donor eggs at a fertility clinic in the northern state of Haynana.The couple's son,born ''healthy and hearty'' and weighing 4.4lb {2kg},has been named Arman.The issue aroused debate online,with many thinking giving birth at a later state in life was irresponsible for the baby.The father of the child said the boy would be unfazed by his parents'' age,however.''People say,what will happen to the child once we die.But i have full faith in God.God is omnipotent and Omnipresent;he will take care of everything''.Nawahaoo.More photos below.
