 ANAMBRA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL INSPECTS NEW HIGH COURT COMPLEX: EXPRESSES SATISFACTION  By Chinelo Okeke  The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Anambra State, Tobechukwu Nweke, SAN, on  Monday, June 1st, 2026, conducted an inspection visit to the state's new High Court building,Complex currently under construction behind the Judiciary Headquarters off Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka. Nweke led the team of Commissioners that accompanied him to the inspection which are Arch. Henry Arinze, Commissioner for Housing, with Barrister Chijioke Ojukwu, Commissioner for Physical and Urban Development. Attorney General toured the facility and expressed strong satisfaction with the progress and quality of work on the project. Speaking during the inspection, Nweke described the structure as solid and befitting of a modern judicial institution.                     Petroleum Minister Alison Madueke in a statement today sunday said ''As you may be aware,there has been a lot of volatility in the oil market in the past few months and due to this,the importation prices of our petroleum products have been impacted.Therefore,with the approval and directive of Mr President and by virtue of section 6 clause 1 of the Nigerian Petroleum Act,it is my responsibility as Minister of Petroleum Resources to hereby announce a reduction in the pump price of petroleum motor spirit {petrol} from the current ninety seven naira {97} per litre pump price down to eighty seven {87} naira per litre pump price,effective from twelve {12} midnighr sunday 18th of January 2015''.We thank God ohhhhhh.One more photo below.                                                       ...
