Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. MUSLIMS IN LONDON WARNS CITIZENS TO STAY OFF THEIR PARK WITH THEIR DOGS.

             A sign posted near a popular park in London warning dog walkers to stay out of Islamic areas.Labour member of parliament Jim Fitzpatrick alerted police and the local Mayor about the sigh after it was flagged up by one of the residents in his east London constituency.The sign which was spotted on the raillings of Bartlett park,reads ''Do not walk your dog here,Muslims do not like dogs.This is an islamic area now''.Police say an investigation is now underway to find out who put it up.More photos below.

2 TRADITIONAL RULERS IN THE NORTH,KIDNAPPED BY GUNMEN.

            According to sources,suspected Boko Haram members kidnapped two traditional muslim rulers today friday around 10.30am to 11am.The gunmen snatched the Emir of Gwoza,Alhaji Idriss Timta,and the Emir of Uba,Alhaji Ismaila Mamza,from their vehicles on the road at Zhur,a remote community in Borno state.They were on their way to a funeral.Sources also claimed military officers had been deployed to the area,to rescue the hostages.
