 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. ANOTHER CHURCH IN BENIN AGAIN,COLLAPSED YESTERDAY SUNDAY.

           This is the second church collapsing in Benin,Edo state.Yesterday sunday,shortly after church service at Liberty Power Bible Church,also known as Power Palace at Asoro slope off Ekenwan Road in Benin city Edo state collapsed.No life was lost as the church was said to be empty when the church collapsed.The owner of the land where the church was being constructed Ajor Sylvanus,said that ''The building collapsed because it was not properly built.The pastor built the church like a fence,no pillar.The block is just ordinary sand.I have been telling him that no pillar would cause the building to collapse.The building fell on my building and damaged many things.When the pastor came,he was concerned about the musical instrument in his church and thanked God that his church members were not around when the building fell.I had to call the police''.

BRITISH FINANCE MINISTER,ANNOUNCED THAT BRITAIN IS TO FREEZE WELFARE PAYMENT FOR 2 YEARS.
