 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF TWO AGENCIES  President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Innocent Bariate Barikor as the Director-General of the National Environmental Standards and Regulation Enforcement Agency (NESREA). The President has also approved the appointment of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA). Dr. Barikor is an academic and politician. He was a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015, while Prince Amgbare is a retired naval officer and former commissioner in Bayelsa State. The President expects that the new heads of these important agencies will discharge their duties with utmost fidelity to the nation and unfailing adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and excellent service to the people of Nigeria.                   Ex American Next Top Model star Winnie Harlow,is rumoured to be dating Mariah Carey's ex 35 year old Nick Cannon.They were both spotted yesteday tuesday evening after dinning with the 21 year old old model at Mr Chows in Beverly Hills California.He was seen following winnie whose birth name is Chantelle Brown Young,out of the restaurant and into the back of a chauffeur driven car.Winnie was diagnosed with vitiligo,a pigment condition that causes white patches to form on her skin at the age of four.I like her swag,and she is proud of herself.Self confidence is key people should learn from her.More photos below.

                        Samuel Eto'o former Cameroon international striker was awarded with the Golden foot 2015 yesterday.The Golden foot award is an international football award,given to players who stand out for their athletic achievements.The trophy rewards players over the age of 28 who are still making waves in world football and can only be won once.The 34 year old,who has starred with five goals in his first five games in Turkey is only the second African to win the Golden foot award after Didier Drogba won it in 2013.The ceremony was held in Monaco.More photos below.                                                                                                                                                

43 BOKO HARAM MEMBERS INCLUDING A KINGPIN,ARRESTED TO IN BORNO STATE.

                Today it was reported that,the Nigerian troops fighting Boko Haram insurgents along Banki axis of Borno state,recorded a major victory with clearing two camps of Boko Haram at Jangurori and Bulatori villages and arrest of 43 suspected members of the insurgent group.Colonel Shehu Usman,acting director of Army Public Relations said in a statement that one of the suspected terrorists arrested is Boko Haram Kingpin in the area,''Bulama Modu'',who is an ''Amir of Bulakuri.He added that the troops also rescued 241 women and children during the operation.''To further confirm what was said earlier about the terrorists abandoning their commanders and burying weapons,one Mohammed Mode led troops to where he buried his AK-47 rifle at Jangurori village.Apart from the arms and ammunition,bows and arrows were recovered from Bulama Modu,the kingpin.He confirmed that the terrorists also gave him a horse to enhance his deadly pursuits''.He further

                 According to sources,Burkina Faso's interim President Michel Kafando,who was taken hostage during a coup a week ago,said today wednesday that his back as the President of Burkina Faso.'In a Brief speech to journalists at the foreign ministry in the capital ''I have returned to work.The transition is back and at this very minute is exercising the power of the state''.
