Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.                       According to sources present at the scene at Marina street Lagos Island  said the fire started about one hour ago but the cause of the fire outbreak is yet to be ascertained,but the fire service men are already at the scene.I just pray that no life was lost.i might update these story later when i get enough facts.More photos below.

                     Few hours ago in Nigerian time,Kim Kardashian took to her social media page to post a cartoon picture of herself,Kanye West,North West and their new born son Saint West,with the caption ''Saint West'',meaning thatis the name of their new born son.According to sources the couple left the Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles today with their second child in a silver Range Rover and it was not mentioned which home they were headed to.They could be going back to Kris Jenner's mansion in Hidden Hills,which neighbor's Calabasas.That is where Kim has been staying as her $20m home goes through another sweep of renovations.The couple stayed in Kris Jenner's house when North West was born,and it is where several episodes of Keeping up with the Kardashians have been filmed.More photos below.                                         ...

THE POLISH SAILORS KIDNAPPED OFF NIGERIAN COAST LAST MONTH,HAVE BEEN RELEASED.

                      Today tuesday the Poland Prime Minister Beata Szydlo said the Polish crew of a cargo vessel kidnapped last month off the Nigerian coast are safe and on their way home.''Everything ended happily.The sailors are safe an sound,we are glad that they are coming back to their families''.Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski thanked Nigerian authorities and the operator of the vessel,EuroAfrica,for their co-operation in efforts to free the crew.Pirates attacked the Cyprus registered Szafir cargo vessel at the end of November and kidnapped its captain and four crew.

A ROBBERY SUSPECT ''BOLAJI'',JUMPED OFF EJIGBO MAGISTRATE COURT BUILDING TODAY.{PHOTOS}.

                                 Today tuesday,a 22 year old man pictured above, who was arrested and charged before the court jumped off the Ejigbo Magistrate court storey building to evade trial.The suspect is identified as Tomiwa Bolaji,had already beat the court security guards and was attempting to escape through the adjoining street close to the court premises.Both the court registrar,security guards and police officers present pursued him and later re-arrested him in the street and brought him back into the courtroom to face trial.The incident caused tension at the court premises as the litigants present were apprehensive.Tomiwa Bolaji was brought to the court and arraigned for allegedly stealing a generator set valued at N25,000 belonging to one Moses Udeze.The incident happened at 11,Adenekan street where Udeze resides.While he was escaping with the generator,he was caught by the residents and ...

                                                       Today tuesday,the Lagos State House of Assembly confirmed Ambode's nominee for the position of the Chairman of Board of Lagos State Security Trust Fund {LSSTF},Mr Oye Hassan Odukale.Mr Odukale said that he was surprised that he was nominated for the position by the Governor.Mr Odukale who is currently the Managing Director of Leadway Assurance Plc said that his motive is to raise money for the fund through the private sector and that his company has contributed immensely to the fund in the past.According to him,the board of LSSTF has eight members and the fund is ment to equip all security agencies such as the police,army and the Department of the State Security Service {DSS}.He further said that ''It is a volunteer work for me to raise money for the state through my network and those of others ...
