 New Head of Service Urges Anambra Civil Servants to Embrace Efficiency and Accountability ‎ ‎By Chizoba Njaka  ‎ ‎The newly appointed Head of Service in Anambra State, Ngozi Anuli Iwouno, has called on civil servants to shift towards efficiency and accountability, promising improvements in welfare.  ‎ ‎Addressing staff at the Jerome Udoji Secretariat Complex in Awka, Iwouno outlined her vision for a professional, merit-based, and citizen-centered service that aligns with Governor Chukwuma Soludo's goals. ‎ ‎Iwouno emphasized that her mission is not just a statement, but a call to action, demanding sincerity and commitment from all workers. She expressed disappointment with the recent governor's visit, which revealed empty offices during working hours, and stressed that absenteeism, lateness, and poor attitudes are unacceptable. ‎ ‎The Head of Service pledged to improve welfare, including fixing ministry vehicles, and mandated that Wednesday 1st April , 2026 will be clean...

A TARABA STATE LECTURER,WAS BURNT TO DEATH FOR KILLING 5 PUPILS.

              According to the Nigerian Police Public Relations Officer of the Taraba police command Mr Joseph Kwanji,confirmed that on friday Alhaji Kassimu Umar,a lecturer at the Taraba College of Education {COE} Zing,was forcefully removed from the Pupule police outpost by the mob,where he went to report the incident,and the mob burnt him to death.''In the early hours of today,one Kassimu Umar,who is believed a lecturer with COE,Zing had knocked down five primary school pupils in Zing,who all died on the spot.Our investigation revealed that the lecturer was trying to dodge a trailer,when he ran over the pupils whose ages ranged between eight and 11 years.Youths in their hundreds,stormed the station,dragged him out and lynched him''.One more picture below.                                                         ...

                 According to the New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said yesterday friday that a health worker who had been treating patients in West Africa was detained at Newark Liberty International Airport will be quarantined,in line with a new policy aimed at reducing risk from the Ebola virus.Today saturday,the health care worker has developed a fever.Spokeswoman for New Jersey Department of Health Donna Leusner says that ''The health care worker is in isolation and being evaluated at the University Hospital in Newark.The Ambulance she arrived in has also been isolated''.More photos below.

NO RENT,NO GRAVE,IS'T FOR REAL?

                   Between 1907-1916 in the Philippines,it was discovered by an archaeologist Mr Baylor,human skulls thrown out from their grave cite,because their families stopped paying rent on their graves,so they were dug up and thrown into a pile.This is serious,i thought after burial it ends there,now i know why people burial their loved ones in their own homes,to avoid paying rents to grave yard owners.
