 Anambra State Govt. Rescues 13 Children From Traffickers, Arrests Suspects By OCHA Brigade Media  13 children have been rescued from suspected child traffickers in Otolo Nnewi by a joint taskforce of Operation Clean And Healthy Anambra, OCHA Brigade and Anambra State Ministry of Women Affairs. The joint taskforce also confiscated fake documents that aided the trafficking.  The children were found malnourished and have been denied education.  Report say that the trafficker adopts and sold children to people from different parts of the country. The suspected trafficker, Angela Okechukwu and her collaborators were also arrested.  Speaking, the Managing Director of OCHA Brigade, Comrade Celestine Anere who frowned at the poor health condition the children who are aged between two and twelve years are subjected to, assured that the state government will continue to crack down on all sorts of illegality and warning all criminal minded individuals to relocate from the...

4 DEAD AFTER ALSHABAAB MILITANTS ATTACKED A BUS TODAY IN KENYA,IN AN ATTEMPT TO KILL ONLY CHRISTIANS.

                     Today monday morning,according to the Deputy County Commissioner Julius Otieno said two people died while four others were injured after a bus travelling from Kenya's capital Nairobi to Mandera,northeast of the country was attacked by suspected Al-Shabaab militants.The 7am attack happened between Dabacity and Borehole II.Dabacity Town is between Elwak and Kotulo.''Initial reports indicate two people have died and three injured.Those injured are the driver and two passengers.The militants fled after the attack.Our team is on ground tracking down the attackers''.He refuted reports that the bus had been hijacked.He said the attackers asked the passengers to alight from the vehicle and attempted to seperate Muslims and non-Muslims.He further said that ''Thet were trying to identify who were Christians and were not.They told the non-Christians to return to the vehicle''.Mandera County Governor Ali Roba said the local...

A LAGOS COURT REGISTRAR,WAS SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS IMPRISONMENT TODAY FOR DUPING BAMAIYI.

                                                                   Today monday,a Lagos High Court Judge,Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo sentenced a Court Registrar Oluronke Rosolu {Pictured above covering her face},to 10 years imprisonment for aiding Fred Ajudua to defraud former Chief of Army Staff,Lt.Gen.Ishaya Bamiyi {retired} of $330,000.Justice Lawal-Akapo sentenced Rosolu to 10 years imprisonment each on the two count charged of conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretence levelled against her by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,EFCC.Rosolu is standing trial over allegation that she aided Fred Ajudua to defraud General Ishaya Bamaiyi while he was in Kirikiri prisons.She was alleged to have visited the Kirikiri prisons on three occasions in 2004 and collected $300,000 from Bamaiyi under the pretence tha...

SEPP BLATTER AND MICHEL PLATINI,SUSPENDED FOR 8 YEARS FROM ALL FOOTBALL ACTIVITIES.

                            It was reported today monday that FIFA President Sepp Blatter and UEFA boss Michel Platini have been suspended for eight years from all football-related activities followiung an ethics investigation.They were found guilty of breaches surrounding a £1.3m {$2m} ''Disloyal payment'' made to Platini in 2011.The FIFA ethics committee found Batter and Platini had demonstrated an abusive execution of their positions.Platini said ''The decision was a masquerade intended to dirty his name while Sepp Blatter said ''I will fight for me and for FIFA''.Both men,continue to deny wrongdoing and intended to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.Blatter from Swiss and 60 year old Frenchman Platini have also been fined £33,700 {$40,000} and £54,000 {$80,000} respectively.One more photo below.                               ...
