 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF TWO AGENCIES  President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Innocent Bariate Barikor as the Director-General of the National Environmental Standards and Regulation Enforcement Agency (NESREA). The President has also approved the appointment of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA). Dr. Barikor is an academic and politician. He was a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015, while Prince Amgbare is a retired naval officer and former commissioner in Bayelsa State. The President expects that the new heads of these important agencies will discharge their duties with utmost fidelity to the nation and unfailing adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and excellent service to the people of Nigeria. COURT ORDERS FORFEITURE OF YAKUBU'S $9.8M TO FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TODAY.{PHOTOS}.

                  A Federal High Court sitting in Kano presided over by Justice Zainab B. Abubakar today ordered the forfeiture of the sum of $9,772,00 {Nine Million,Seven Hundred and Seventy Two Thousand United States Dollars} and 74,000 pounds sterling recovered from a former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation,NNPC,Mr Andrew Yakubu to the Federal Government.The order was sequel to an ex parte application by the EFCC seeking an interim forfeiture of the recovered money to the Federal Government.The ex parte application was moved by Salihu Sani,counsel for the applicant. In her ruling,Justice Zainab held ''That the sum of $9,772,000 {Nine Million,Seven Hundred and Seventy Two Thousand United States Dollars} and 74,000 Pounds sterling which are now in the custody of the applicant {EFCC} are in the interim forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria''.                                          On Sunday which marks the beginning of this new week,which is the week of Valentine,since it is not Valentine's day i decided to wear a touch of red.Red is a very powerful colour and very easy to style.You can wear red & red,and red with any other colour but i decided to wear a black top and a flare skirt with white flowery design,a necklace that looks similar to the white print on the skirt.You must learn to work around the details of your prints or design on your outfit,is more or less act like a guide.I carried a red suwade purse and open toes shoes.White hat to make me step out from my simple look.I want to wish you all a happy valentine and don't forget that love can't be shared only one day but for the rest our lives.More photos below.

               The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,EFCC,today tuesday,February 14,2017,arraigned the duo of the Vice Chancellor,Professor Adebiyi G. Daramola and the Bursar,Emmanuel Ayodeji A. Oresegun,before Justice S.A Bola of Ondo State High Court,Akure Ondo State,on a 9-count charge bordering on obtaining under false pretense,abuse of office,misappropriation of funds and conspiracy to steal to the tune of N156,984,455.33 {One Hundred and Fifty Six Million Nine Hundred and Eighty Four Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Five Naira Thirty Three Kobo}.               Southwest Governors yesterday monday resolved to work together to address the security challenges confronting the region and foster economic growth and well-being of the people.
