 Fuel scarcity bites harder in Abuja, Ondo, Osun, others • Independent marketers sell PMS between N625 and N799 per litre There is no succour yet for motorists and other petrol end users despite the Thursday statement by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) that it had resolved the logistic problems that sparked the supply crisis. Reports from across the country yesterday showed that many filling stations had no fuel to sell. Some sold over and above the threshold of N650 per litre while motorists and other buyers besieged the few ones that sold within the range of N600 per litre. While many petrol stations in Lagos sold fuel at the normal price and queues were not noticeable, it was a different story in the industrial town of Ota, Ogun State where some filling stations hiked their pump price to N799 per litre.                  According to sources,a self professed prophet Destiny Onwudinjo,who was facing criminal trial suddenly jumped from the duck and ran  out of the Ejigbo Magistrate court,Lagos state.The Prosecutor Mr Femi Adeleye,and some of the court officials ran after him and re-arrested him along the street.Prophet Destiny Onwudinjo was arrested by the police at Shasha Division for brutalising a commercial motor cycle rider called Chika Izuogu for refusing to pay him N120,000 for deliverance prayers.The incident happened at Olukosi street,Shasha,Lagos state where both of them reside.According to Chika Izuogu whose picture is displayed above said the prophet told him that he had a revelation from God that he needed to embark on seven days deliverance prayer so that his condition would improve for the better.The prophet explained to him that the money he asked him to pay covered the fasting and other spiritual materials he would use for the deliverance.He convinced Izuogu that the pray

90 INJURED,1 DEAD IN SOUTH AFRICA TRAIN CRASH TODAY.

                    According to sources,today tuesday morning,a female security guard was killed when two trains collided in Johannesburg.Apart from the security guard that died,atleast  90 other people were injured,when a Metro train and a Business Express train collided at the Denver train station at about 7am.The female security guard is in her 30's and her job was to signal the trains,and she was behind the Metro plus train when she was hit by the Business Express metro rail.Atleast two of the cars from the Metro plus train were derailed.One landed on the platform,its entire front crushed,while the other went into a building crushing some of the passengers.One of the train's driver was airlifted to hospital.One more photo below.
