A series of escalations led to an Airbnb superhost landing in a courtroom after sending a photo of the guest with another woman.... to his wife.  In a series of texts beginning with a late check in and going on to complain of too many guests, noise and loud swearing that disturbed the neighbors, the framework for trouble was laid. Finally the host texted the guest and informed him he needed to check out.  In an attempt to straighten out the confusion, the guest; who said all claims were false, called the owners. He spoke to the husband and was able to reach an understanding and remained his full scheduled days. However, upon leaving he left a negative review detailing his whole ordeal, and that's when the situation fully escalated.  The host charged the guest an extra $960.00 fee in penalties which the guest

Police officer, Stephanie Northcutt, of South Bend, Indiana was startled and appalled last Friday when she spotted a beautiful Doberman wandering the streets with a zip-tie around his snout. Northcutt was able to safely catch and hold the pup while a bystander removed the zip-tie which was restricting the dogs ability to eat and drink. Northcutt has now adopted the Doberman and named him Zeus.  She stated she knew she wanted him as part of her family as soon as she laid eyes on him. Incredibly, this is the second dog this big hearted officer has saved from bad situations and adopted while on the job. Zeus is now doing extremely well and enjoying getting to know his new family and soaking up all the love they can give. This is a sad story with such a happy and heartwarming ending. Thank you Officer Northcutt for being such an awesome officer.  Police are still investigating this incident. Mor

Naira Hits All-Time Low, Crosses N1,500 To Dollar At Official Market There is no end in sight to the lingering foreign exchange crisis as dollar crossed over N1,500 at the official market. The dollar closed at 1,534.39 at the official market on Monday, according to the FMDQ data. This is the first time the dollar would be exchanging at over N1,500 since the crisis putting more pressure on businesses and importers. This is despite the several measures and interventions by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) aimed at stabilising the market. However, local currency has defied all the interventions and continues to depreciate against the foreign currency.
