  In a shocking scam in Gandhinagar, Morris Samuel Christian was arrested for posing as a judge and running a fake tribunal to deceive people involved in land disputes since 2019. Christian set up a fake courtroom with associates acting as court staff, making the operation seem legitimate. He charged victims large sums, promising quick solutions to their disputes. Christian passed false judgments, including one instructing the district collector to alter land records in Paldi. He falsely claimed to be a government-appointed arbitrator, exploiting the legal system for personal gain.  Former President of Peru Sentenced To 20 Years In Jail A court in Peru has sentenced former President Alejandro Toledo to 20 years and six months in prison after finding him guilty of corruption and money laundering.  Prosecutors accused Toledo, who served as president from 2001 to 2006, of accepting $35 million in bribes from the Brazilian construction company Odebrecht in exchange for awarding them a contract to build a highway in southern Peru. Toledo, 78, was arrested in California five years ago, where he had been living and working for many years. He was extradited to Peru in 2023 to face charges.  INSURANCE SCAM: Onthatile Sebati, just 24 years old, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for masterminding the brutal murders of her family members, including her parents, pregnant sister, and three-year-old brother, when she was only 15. Her cousins, Tumelo and Kagiso Mokone, received life imprisonment for their role in the heinous crime. What's even more shocking is that Sebati orchestrated these murders to fraudulently obtain insurance money. She reportedly paid her cousins R100,000 from the insurance payouts after the incident.
