Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.                                                  Today monday,i was informed that the rapper boyfriend Lamar Davenport,of Morgan Freeman's stepdaughter E'Dena Hines,has been charged with second degree murder after killing her yesterday sunday,in front of her house.Police said today monday that 30 years old Lamar Davenport is being accused of killing 33 year old E'Dena Hine,who was found with multiple stab wounds to the chest near her New York Home in Washington Heights early on sunday morning.She was found infront of her apartment building on West 162nd street and pronounced dead at Harlem hospital.A eye witness identified as 65 year old George Hudacko,who saw the 3am attack from his window,called 911,but he said Davenport was stabbing Hines and screaming ''Get out devils,in the name of Jesus Christ,i cast you out''.Davenport,an aspiring actor with a criminal reco...

2 PEOPLE DEAD YESTERDAY,WHEN TWO TRAIN COLLIDED AT AGEGE LAGOS.

               According to sources,two passengers were confirmed dead,while one other person sustained severe injuries,when two trains collided yesterday sunday in Agege,Lagos state.Mr Akin Osinowo,Lagos Railway District Manager {RDM},confirmed this to the News Agency of Nigeria {NANA},today monday.Osinowo called on the families of the deceased to come and collect the corpses at the Federal Medical Centre {FMC},Ebute Meta,with relevant information.Osinowo said that the two casualties were passengers who illegally hanged on the rooftop of the moving train.The injured passenger was currently receiving treatment at an hospital.The district manager said that the Managing Director of the NRC,Mr Adeseyi Sijuwade,has instituted a panel of inquiry to find out the immediate and remote causes of the incident.

          Though there are rumors that the APC Chiefs urge President Buhari,to probe Patience Jonathan and other sources were claiming Patience Jonathan filed for a divorce,which turned out to be a big lie.Never the less,the couple visited Kenya's Maasai Mara Games Reserve in two chartered planes.One of the planes carried Kenya state security and the second plane was occupied by Jonathan,his wife Patience and two of their children.

                       Yesterday sunday,a audio recording emerged on line.The voice was verified by experts to belong to Abubakar Shekau,the leader of the Islamist group Boko Haram.In the audio,Abubakar Shekau,confirmed that he is still alive,just barely a week after Chadian President Idriss Deby claimed Shekau was no longer Boko Haram's leader.The message was released on the social media feed of a Jihadist monitoring site.According to the site intelligence,the message the voice,is authentic,and Nigerian government has so far not confirmed the audio message.The audio message said his still alive and still in-charge of Boko Haram.The message denies claims by Chadian President Idriss Deby that Shekau has been replaced.Some securit experts say the voice resembles Shekau's .But his ongoing absence from Boko Haram videos has fuelled speculation that he might be dead or wounded.He usually appear in videos,so the audio recording is di...
