In the said publication it was alleged that soldiers allegedly killed a young man at Biogbolo road in Yenagoa. 2. For the records, it is important to state that the publication was meant to malign the revered image and reputation of the Nigerian Army. In the publication, It w as wrongly alleged that soldiers unjustly killed a youth around Barath road. The allegation by Frank that soldiers shot at them sporadically which led to the death of one youth and leaving several others injured was malicious and totally untrue.
