EFCC TASKFORCE ARRESTS 34 SUSPECTED CURRENCY SPECULATORS IN ABUJA. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.

 EFCC Taskforce Arrests 34 Suspected Currency Speculators in Abuja Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, attached to the Taskforce on Currency mutilation, Dollarization of the Economy and Forex Malpractice, have arrested 34 suspected currency speculators  for alleged foreign exchange fraud. They were arrested on Friday, April 26, 2024 in a sting operation following credible intelligence about illegal sales of dollars at the Wuse Zone 4 area of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.   The suspects are :Usman Mohammed, Abdullahi Nasir, Abubakar Saleh, Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, Abubakar Ghadafi, Muktar Usman, Umar Abubakar Abba, Yakubu Sani, Aminu Abubakar, Muhammed Suleman Abara, Yusuf Tahir, Usman Lawal, Usman Lawal, Usman Umar, Amina Garba Rola, Muhammed Aliyu, Murtala Haruna, Sani Mohammed, Umar Farouk, Muhammed Sagiuru, Aminu Salisu, Lawal Bello, Munzali Hashim, Jamilu Suleiman, Mustapha Umar, Mubarak Tanimu, Adamu Garba, Mohammed Usman, Bello Musa, Saleh Moha

             45 year old comedian Tracy Morgan who suffered injuries to the brain due to the collision with an allegedly exhausted Walmart truck driver Kelvin Roper,who slammed into his limo bus on the New Jersey turnoike in June.A fellow comedian,James McNair was killed in the crash as he and others were accompanying Tracy Morgan back from a show in Delenare.Tracy Morgan spent several weeks in rehab with rib and leg injuries but his still undergoing treatment for injuries to his brain,including daily speech,cognitive,vocational and physical therapies.His Lawyer Benedict Morellu said ''The Jury's still out on whether Morgan will ever be able to perform again.The doctors don't know the answer,i don't know the answer,he might never perform again because of the injuries he sustained in the deadly accident''.More photos below.                                                  The dead comedian  James McNair.

                        20 year old Justin Bieber punched a photographer yesterday tuesday night outside his hotel in Paris,following a dinner date with Kendall Jenner.Though the details of what really happened was unclear but if you look behind the paparrazi's that are trying to film Justin Bieber,you will notice that a girl is crying.Justin Bieber punched the photographer because he was walking towards his female fans when the photographer suddenly blocked his way,all in the name of taking shots of him.Other paparazzi's also blocked him but he only picked on the one that first blocked him.The photographer immediately backed away as he raised his hands to indicate that he was happy to get out of Justin's way.More photos below.

                                                 Minister of Finance Okonjo Iweala on tuesday spoke to journalist after presenting relief materials to victims of Boko Haram attacks at the NYSC Orientation camp in Girei,Adamawa state,said that new military hardware purchased by the government had arrived the country,expressing hope that the insurgency would soon be crushed as the money being invested in the fight is translating into victory.She said the decision to procure modern equipment was bourne out of the commitment to improve the capability of the military to deal with terrorism.

EBOLA VIRUS,FINDS IT WAY TO TEXAS,UNITED STATE OF AMERICA.

               According to officials at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital,they said a patient {Name withheld},tested positive to Ebola virus and that is the first case in the United State of America but the  patient is being kept in isolation.Hospital officials said that they are following Centers for Disease control {CDC} recommendations to keep doctors,staff and patients safe.The Hospital officials claimed that the patient developed the symptoms days after returning to Texas from West Africa.The CDC said 12 other people in the U.S,have been tested for Ebola virus since July 27,those tests came back negative.More photos below.
