       The Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki, has said that the relationship between the state government and the Benin Monarch, Omo N’ Oba N’ Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, in the last one year, has improved the quality of life in the state. Governor Obaseki disclosed this  on Friday  at a Gala Night to mark the one-year coronation anniversary of Oba Ewuare II, in Benin city, the state capital, on Friday.      Twelve years after their last gathering, Governors from the Southern part of Nigeria will on Monday converge in Lagos to deliberate on how to forge stronger ties for the three geo-political zones. In a statement signed by the Secretary to the Lagos State Government (SSG), Mr Tunji Bello, the meeting which will be co-hosted by the Governors of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode and Akwa Ibom, Emmanuel Udom will address issues that are germane to the development of the three contiguous zones. Bello said the meeting is in line with the realisation that the different states in the South have since 2005 developed several areas of comparative advantage which could be harnessed and become mutually beneficial. This is obviously a fake account. Clearly someone is being mischievous and wants to pose as the Corps Marshal to exploit frien ds and followers who must have innocently accepted the Facebook requests.          There was chaos yesterday in the rally venue conducted by the All Progressive Congress in Onitsha after youths decided to fight and struggle over their "mobilization fee" after a mega rally ahead of the November 18 governorship election. According to reports, the youths fought each other during the money sharing saga at the All Saints' Cathedral in Onitsha, while some fled with the money they were meant to g ive others, according to a report by an eyewitness, Okagbue Anthony.          Governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai during the flag-off of APC campaign in Anambra state said he was arrested and detained for two days during his visit to the state to help Senator Chris Ngige become governor. "One of the reasons why I was selected to speak on behalf of governors is not because of my height, it is because four years ago, when I came here to help senator Chris Ngige to be governor of this  state, I was arrested and detained for two days, why?
