 EFCC Taskforce Arrests 34 Suspected Currency Speculators in Abuja Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, attached to the Taskforce on Currency mutilation, Dollarization of the Economy and Forex Malpractice, have arrested 34 suspected currency speculators  for alleged foreign exchange fraud. They were arrested on Friday, April 26, 2024 in a sting operation following credible intelligence about illegal sales of dollars at the Wuse Zone 4 area of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.   The suspects are :Usman Mohammed, Abdullahi Nasir, Abubakar Saleh, Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, Abubakar Ghadafi, Muktar Usman, Umar Abubakar Abba, Yakubu Sani, Aminu Abubakar, Muhammed Suleman Abara, Yusuf Tahir, Usman Lawal, Usman Lawal, Usman Umar, Amina Garba Rola, Muhammed Aliyu, Murtala Haruna, Sani Mohammed, Umar Farouk, Muhammed Sagiuru, Aminu Salisu, Lawal Bello, Munzali Hashim, Jamilu Suleiman, Mustapha Umar, Mubarak Tanimu, Adamu Garba, Mohammed Usman, Bello Musa, Saleh Moha

ANOTHER BABYSITTER,WAS CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF ABUSING A TWO YEAR OLD CHILD IN ARGENTINA.

                            According to the footage,which was posted on the internet,a 25 year old babysitter in Argentins Eve Mantara is facing child abuse charges after she was secretly filmed hitting a baby and then stealing his food by force.The babysitter and the two year old baby,was seen sitting on the dinning table when the babysitter takes a plate of food that is meant for him and sits to eat it in front of the hungry boy.The mother of the two year old boy Cristina Ceril had installed the secret camera in the family home in the city of Parana in north east of Argentina and linked it to her smart phone.The idea of installing a secret came,after she discovered a series of bruises on her sons body.Her neighbours had also warned her that her son and her 10 year child were often heard screaming and were seen in tears on days when they were left alone with the nanny.The police and prosecutors said the video footage will be used as evidence as the 25 year old babysitter,faces crimin

                         According ti Alhaji Ibrahim Gero,who spoke unbehalf of the defectors at a campaign rally today monday in Karasuwa,said ''I want to use this medium to officially announce our resolution to withdraw our membership of the APC and join the PDP,together with 7,000 members and supporters''.Alhaji Ibrahim Gero was a active Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress {APC} and the PDP Gubernatorial candidate in Yobe state Alhaji Aamu Waziri,pledged to ensure transparency and accountability in governance at all levels of government if voted.Wow 7,000 is not a small number to defect from APC to PDP.What do you think about these major defection?

NO LIFE WAS LOST,AS AIT STUDIO IN ALAGBADO LAGOS,WAS ON FIRE TODAY.

                  According to sources,the fire started around 9:am today monday mornin at the African Independent Television {AIT} studio at Alagbado,when an air condition in the studio was affected by high voltage electricity.The Director of Fire Service,Mr Rasak Fadipe,confirmed the incident when he told the press that ''The fire was caused by high voltage.We arrived at the scene at 9:30am and we spent about 15 minutes for active fire-fighting operations.Only the air conditioner was damaged as we were able to curtail the spread of the fire''.I thank God nobody lost their lives,during the fire outbreak.The Nigerian fire service is really working now,unlike before when they will arrive the scene of the incident,with no water in their tank,and in the process of looking for water,lives and properties will be lost.
