 Nigerian govt kept my husband in prison with Boko Haram members – Wife of detained Binance Executive Yuki Gambaryan, the wife of the detained Binance Holdings Limited executive, Tigran Gambaryan, hass told the US Parliament that the Nigerian Government kept his husband, Tigran Gambaryan, in Kuje prison together with Boko Haram terrorists and bandits.  I made N460,000 from faking NSCDC FCT Commandant’s Facebook account – fraudster One of the two brothers, Henry Odep, believed to be part of cybercrime syndicates has disclosed that he made the sum of N460,000 from impersonating the FCT Commandant, Olusola Odumosu’s Facebook account. The cyber thieves who were captured by the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps made the confession when they were apprehended and paraded during a press conference held in Abuja on Tuesday. In September 2023, the NSCDC FCT Command issued a public alert regarding a fake Facebook account impersonating the FCT Commandant, Olusola Odumosu. Identified as Henry Odep and Emanuel Odep from Cross River State, they were apprehended with evidence linking them to cyber fraud activities.  ₦200bn Debt: Petrol Marketers Threaten Withdrawal Of Services Amid Fuel Scarcity The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), has threatened to cripple the supply of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, over non-payment of ₦200bn bridging claims. The threat comes following current nationwide scarcity which has seen prices of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, surge to between N610 and N800 at the pump, and between N1000 and N1200 at black market. The association’s Unit Chairman and Spokesperson, Aba Depot, Mazi Oliver Okolo who made the threat, said it was with the backing of the IPMAN’s national leadership. He claimed that the debt is being owed by the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NMDPRA).  EFCC Arrests 13 Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Abuja Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,  Abuja Zonal Command have arrested 13( thirteen) suspected internet fraudsters in Abuja. They were arrested at the Kubwa axis of Abuja following actionable intelligence about their suspected involvement in internet-related offences. The suspects comprise 12 males and one female.  Panic as gunmen kidnap four in Abuja community There was tension on Monday night when gunmen invaded Bmuko, a community at Dutse Baupma in Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and kidnapped four residents.  One of the residents of the community, an eyewitness, Isah, said the gunmen invaded the area around 11: 50 pm and headed to the residence of one Engineer Patrick, whose wife and brother were among those kidnapped.
