In November 2022, police found 3-year-old Daishawn Fleming and 11-month-old Octavius Canada with multiple stab wounds in a bathtub at a family shelter in the Bronx. Psychiatric evaluations conducted for both the prosecution and defence reportedly concluded that Fleming was experiencing a severe break from reality when the deaths occurred. Algeria said on Thursday it had decided to ‌sever diplomatic relations with the United Arab Emirates after what it described as a series of "provocative or hostile" actions by Abu Dhabi despite "repeated warnings".  British Actor Noel Clarke Charged With Six Sexual Offences Involving Five Women British actor and filmmaker Noel Clarke, 50, has been charged with six sexual offences involving five women following an investigation by London’s Metropolitan Police. The Crown Prosecution Service authorised the charges on Wednesday after detectives submitted a file of evidence for a charging decision. Clarke faces two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure. The alleged offences are said to have occurred between 2007 and 2016.  87-year-old man charged with attacking Adamawa judge An 87-year-old man, Dahiru Garba, has been charged in Adamawa State after allegedly attacking a judge with a cutlass and causing severe injury to his hand. Garba, a resident of Korawa village in Fufore Local Government Area, reportedly became enraged and attacked Dauda Hamman, the presiding judge of the Mayo-Inne Area Court.
