 Anambra State Govt. Rescues 13 Children From Traffickers, Arrests Suspects By OCHA Brigade Media  13 children have been rescued from suspected child traffickers in Otolo Nnewi by a joint taskforce of Operation Clean And Healthy Anambra, OCHA Brigade and Anambra State Ministry of Women Affairs. The joint taskforce also confiscated fake documents that aided the trafficking.  The children were found malnourished and have been denied education.  Report say that the trafficker adopts and sold children to people from different parts of the country. 200 AFRICAN MIGRANT DIED YESTERDAY,AFTER A BOAT SANK OFF LIBYA COAST.

                 It was reported today that a boat packed with mainly African migrants bound for Italy sank off the Libyan coast yesterday thursday and officials said up to 200 people might have died.A security official in the western town of Zuwara,from where the over crowded boat had set off,said there had been around 400 people on board.Many appeared to have been trapped in the hold when it capsized.By late in the evening,the Libyan coast guard rescued around 201 of which 147 were brought to a detention facility for illegal migrants in Sabratha,west of Tripoli.The migrants on board had been from sub-Saharan Africa,Pakistan,Syria,Morocco and Bangladesh.One more photo below.                                                          

A MAN'S HEAD WAS CUT OFF TODAY IN EDO STATE,AFTER A BUS FAILED BRAKE AND HIT HIM.

                 One person was confirmed dead today as a fatal accident involving a 50 seater mass transit-bus belonging to Edo state government popularly called comrade bus.The victim is identified as a man but his name and where he is from,has not been disclosed.The accident occurred around 12:30pm today friday afternoon in Ekae community,located  along Sapele road,in Oredo Local Government Area of the state.According to other sources,the victim and a woman,who was believed to be his wife,were waiting along the busy highway to board a vehicle to Warri,Delta state when the bus veered off the road and knocked him down,severing his head in the process.The woman was said to have narrowly escaped being hit by the vehicle,while some of the passengers on the vehicle were said to have sustained varying degrees of injury.''It looks like the brake failed because of the way the bus just hit the man and removed his head.The man died instantly but...

12 EGYPTIAN ISIL MEMBERS,SENTENCED TO DEATH YESTERDAY.

                       It was reported today by court officials,that an Egyptian court,sentenced to death 12 members of the Islamic state group {ISIL}yesterday thursday for planning attacks against police and soldiers in the country.Six of those who were on trial are behind bars,while the rest are still at large.They were convicted of having joined ISIL which has declared a ''caliphate'' in parts of Iraq and Syria under its control and of plotting to attack members of Egypt's police force and military.The sentences issued  will either be confirmed or commuted on September 12 by the court in the northern province of Sharkia.In a separate trial,two cousins were sentenced to three years in prison in the same province for using facebook to promote the ideology of ISIL.One more photo below.                                        ...
