 Anambra State Govt. Rescues 13 Children From Traffickers, Arrests Suspects By OCHA Brigade Media  13 children have been rescued from suspected child traffickers in Otolo Nnewi by a joint taskforce of Operation Clean And Healthy Anambra, OCHA Brigade and Anambra State Ministry of Women Affairs. The joint taskforce also confiscated fake documents that aided the trafficking.  The children were found malnourished and have been denied education.  Report say that the trafficker adopts and sold children to people from different parts of the country. A NATIVE DOCTOR IN BENIN CITY,WAS STABBED TO DEATH BY A FRIEND OF HIS 2ND WIFE.

                       According to the Nigerian Police,a Benin based native doctor identified as 44 years old Owe was allegedly stabbed in the chest last friday at his residence located somewhere opposite Use Market Road Junction,Upper Siluko Road,Benin.The suspected attacker {name withheld},who is now is police custody,is said to be s friend of the victim's second wife.Trouble allegedly began on the fateful day when the deceased who returned from the house of hid third wife where he allegedly spent the night,did not meet the second wife at home,but was informed that the woman was away to Lagos street,in Benin for shopping.When the woman returned from the market,the deceased native doctor was said to have been enraged at his wife,locked the main door to her apartment,and fought with the woman.It was further gathered that all efforts by other occupants of the house to make peace between the warring couple proved unsuccessful as...

GOMBE STATE NYSC BATCH B,TO USE KADUNA STATE DURING ORIENTATION BECAUSE OF SECURITY.

                         Kaduna state welcomes 2,500 corps members for the 2015 Batch B orientation course.This was made known today tuesday at a news conference in Kaduna by the state's NYSC Coordinator Mr Mohamed Momoh.He said the orientation would begin tomorrow the 28th of October 2015,and he added that with the security situation in the North East,corps members posted to Gombe state would make use of the orientation camp in Kaduna state before redeploying them to their state of posting.He noted that ''Redeployment will only be on marital and health issues''.One more photo below.                                                  

RIVAL GROUPS IN CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC,KILLED 6 HOSTAGES YESTERDAY.

                          What started the kidnaps and killings was when three officials from the mostly Muslim Seleka alliance were attacked while driving through a neighborhood controlled by the rival militia yesterday monday.Later the same day,three young Christians working in a Muslim enclave of the capital ,Bangui,called PK5,were abducted in an apparent act of revenge.According to residents,the twin incidents risk derailing talks aimed at restoring order in the tumultuous country,where the former colonial power France and other international allies are pushing for elections this year.The Seleka members had been participating in the talks,convened by the interim president,Catherine Samba-Panza.Security minister and government spokesman Dominique said Paguindj said all six hostages had been killed.So had another person whose identity was unclear.

LAGOS STATE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE,PARADED 42 SUSPECTED CRIMINALS.

                              The Nigerian police in Lagos paraded 42 suspects for their alleged involvement in various criminal activities in Lagos state.Among those paraded are suspected cultists arrested in various parts of the state,military impersonators,armed robbers and street urchins.They were paraded by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police,Fatai Owoseni at the State Police Command at Ikeja Lagos.Owoseni said the police have been making efforts to get rid of criminals by embarking on different strategies.He said the efforts paid off as many suspected criminals have been arrested and charged to various courts in the state.He said it was through the same efforts of the police that made the arrest of the suspects possible.He said that on 15 October,2015 a gang of armed robbers was arrested by the police at Agbati and Agodo area of Lagos following a tip off.The tip off led to the arrest of one of suspects,L...
