 How I was stylishly set out of my husband’s house the same day he was buried” – Actor Ajigijaga’s widow breaks down as she recounts ordeal with his family  The widow wife of veteran actor, Mufutau Sanni Abdulahi better known as Ajigijaga has recounted her ordeal with his family. In an interview with Biola Bayo on her show, Talk To B, Ajigijaga’s wife revealed that her in-laws sent her out of the house the same day he was buried. She noted how her husband was the reason she stopped medication, her musical career and stopped going to Celestial church. She disclosed that his family drove her out of the house because they couldn’t take care of her and the kids. She questioned where in Yoruba land, a widow would perform her widow night at her parents’ house when her father-in-law is still alive.

                    President of the Senate,Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki,yesterday friday stated that accountability and oversight must be necessary components in the nation's efforts to rehabilitate the insurgency-ravaged North Eas zone.Saraki's statement was in response to the conclusion of the four-day visit by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on human rights of internally displaced persons {IDPS}, Dr. Chaloka Beyani.The Senate President indicated that he was encouraged to learn that the international community is beginning to pay more attention to suffering in the North East.''We are hopeful about the increasing international attention being shown toward the North Eat.On our part,we need to make sure that our accountability mechanisms generate confidence in our ability to absorb and monitor the delivery of aid material and resource'',he stated.                    The EFCC,on thursday,September 1,opened its doors to journalists,Civil Society Organisations and members of the public.The purpose of the visit was to demonstrate the Commission's commitment to transparency and accountability through a guided tour of its detention facilities by the Deputy Director of Operations,Lagos Zonal Office,Mr Iliyasu Kwarbai.Speaking durng the tour,Kwarbai welcomed the  CSOs and media representatives and assured them that the EFCC is guided by its core values; integrity being chief of them.''We are a group of professionals.We analyze petitions,gather facts and give people fair hearing.We carry out preliminary investigation before inviting anyone.The accused person is invited last''.More photos below.
