 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.             21 year old Selena Gomez wore these outfit in Italy to Ischia Global film and Music Festival.''Pulse'' is she for real?, the skirt and blouse would have looked so lovely if worn different,maybe the skirt with a nude blouse with the white shoe or the top with a pure white pencil pants with a nude or white heel..Anybody can deceive her and say her dress looks perfect but the truth is she looks older and  more like a fallen or broken angel.To me her stylist made mockery of the colour white,he or she must have smoked something.I love the fact she wore white heels atleast it makes the look a little put together,but it would been lovely if she wore a nude bra to allow the flowers on the bra area pop out more..What do you think.More photos below.                                                           ...
