EFCC TASKFORCE ARRESTS 34 SUSPECTED CURRENCY SPECULATORS IN ABUJA. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.

 EFCC Taskforce Arrests 34 Suspected Currency Speculators in Abuja Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, attached to the Taskforce on Currency mutilation, Dollarization of the Economy and Forex Malpractice, have arrested 34 suspected currency speculators  for alleged foreign exchange fraud. They were arrested on Friday, April 26, 2024 in a sting operation following credible intelligence about illegal sales of dollars at the Wuse Zone 4 area of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.   The suspects are :Usman Mohammed, Abdullahi Nasir, Abubakar Saleh, Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, Abubakar Ghadafi, Muktar Usman, Umar Abubakar Abba, Yakubu Sani, Aminu Abubakar, Muhammed Suleman Abara, Yusuf Tahir, Usman Lawal, Usman Lawal, Usman Umar, Amina Garba Rola, Muhammed Aliyu, Murtala Haruna, Sani Mohammed, Umar Farouk, Muhammed Sagiuru, Aminu Salisu, Lawal Bello, Munzali Hashim, Jamilu Suleiman, Mustapha Umar, Mubarak Tanimu, Adamu Garba, Mohammed Usman, Bello Musa, Saleh Moha

                      Today thursday,Lady Gaga shared three instagram pictures as she enjoy's being pampered by her glam team.The first picture showed her in a peel on/peel off face mask with holes cut for her nose and mouth,and a large pair of white sunglasses and her hair covered in bronze plastic wrap.She was busy flashing her heart shaped diamond ring her fiancee gave to her on valentines day.The second picture,her face was makeup free and she held her hair back with her hand.The third picture,she was wearing an over blown lip jelly mask,which she said it is ''Good for hydration and plumping with no silly bruising''.More photos below.

FOOTBALLER EMMANUEL ADEBAYOR,WAS GRANTED COMPASSIONATE LEAVE BY HIS CLUB,TO GO SORT OUT HIS FAMILY ISSUES.

             According to sources,Emmanuel Adebayor has been granted compassionate leave by Tottenham to return to Togo to sort out family issues following worrying social media posts by the player.It is the second time this season that spurs have given the strike compassionate leave.The decision means Adebayor is excused from training this week and will miss the final game of the season against Everton at Goodison Park on sunday,as well as the post season tour to Malaysia and Sydney.Adebayo has been embroiled for many months in troubked relationships with relatives in his home country and has taken to facebook and twitter accounts with a string of posts in a bid to put his side of the story to counter allegations by family members.It is understood Tottenham want to sell Adebayor this summer but are more immediately concerned about his mental well being.One more photo below.

VETERAN ACTOR FEMI ROBINSON,WHO ACTED IN ''THE VILLAGE HEADMASTER'',DIED YESTERDAY.

                                                                 He was best known for the role he played in the NTA Television sitcom on NTA as the Village Headmaster.He died early wednesday at the age of 75.His demise was announced by his two sons,Seun and Wole Robinson,on his facebook page.The message reads ''This is to notify you that we lost our father,Femi Robinson this morning-Seun and Wole Robinson {sons}''.The cause of his death was yet to be ascertained,but it was gathered that he probably died due to old age related issues''.May his soul rest in peace,Amen.More photos below.

A MURDER CHARGE AGAINST A 14 YEAR OLD GIRL,WHO POISONED HER 35 YEAR OLD HUSBAND LAST YEAR,HAS BEEN DROPPED.

                    Prosecutors in Nigeria have dropped a murder charge against a 15 year old who was accused of poisoning a 35 year old man she had been married to.The girl Wadila Tasi'u was faced with a case of culpable homicide.She was 14 years when she was married off to Umar Sani.Prosecutor Lamido Aba Soron Dinki asked the High Court in Gezawa,Kano state to ''Terminate the case of culpable homicideagainst Wasila Tadi'u.Whit a heavy heart,i apply that the accused be discharged''.However Judge Mohammed Yahaya who was preciding over the case,told the court he required either a written or oral,presentation from the office of Kano's Attorney General before formally dropping the charges and agreeing to Tasiu's release.He ordered that the presentation to be made on June 9 2015.In 2014,the girl admitted killing her husband by concealing rat poison in his food.Three other people also died and 10 were taken to the hospital apparently after eating the same foo
