PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF TWO AGENCIES . (PHOTO). #PRESS RELEASE.

 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF TWO AGENCIES  President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Innocent Bariate Barikor as the Director-General of the National Environmental Standards and Regulation Enforcement Agency (NESREA). The President has also approved the appointment of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA). Dr. Barikor is an academic and politician. He was a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015, while Prince Amgbare is a retired naval officer and former commissioner in Bayelsa State. The President expects that the new heads of these important agencies will discharge their duties with utmost fidelity to the nation and unfailing adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and excellent service to the people of Nigeria. NIGERIA CENSORS BOARD APPROVED THE VIEWING OF HALF OF A YELLOW SUN IN NIGERIA.

              Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's movie Half of a yellow sun,which was premiered in some part of the world has now been granted permission by the Nigeria Censor Board to air their movie in any part of Nigeria.The movie is based on the late 1960/70 civil war that broke out in Nigeria.Congratulation.

U.S AMBASSADOR TO NIGERIA,VISITS EMIR SANUSI IN KANO.

               According to sources,the U.S  Ambassador to Nigeria,James Entwistle,today tuesday,visited the Emir of Kano,Muhammadu Sanusi II,in his palace in Kano.The ambassador congratulated the Emir on behalf of himself and the American people.He said he believed the new Emir is capable of uniting the people of Kano and Nigeria as a whole.Well i know of him handling the people of Kano but Nigeria as a whole is Goodlucks duty,just to correct you Mr James.

           18 year old Kendall Jenner walked the run way,during the Channel show as part of Paris fashion week Haute couture fall/winter 2014-2015 at Grand Palais today tuesday.Her appearance cements her place in the world of fashion,but i noticed she likes doing things that don't really involve her family.Kendall made her debut during Paris fashion week earlier this year.She stole the show by wearing a red and black tweed off the shoulder dress,which had features sprouting off it,creating a dramatic effect.You like?,more photos below.

ARMED MUSLIMS ATTACKED A CHURCH AT CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC.

              According to the Catholic church officials,they said Rebels fighters and armed Muslim civilians killed many people in an attavk on a church compound in Central African Republic on monday where thousands of civilians had taken refuge.The attack came just a day before French Defence Minister Jean Yves Le Drain was due to visit the town,where a grenade attack injured Seven French soldiers last week.Church official said fighters from the Seleka rebels movement and armed muslism civilians from the town community entered St Joseph's cathedral aroud 3pm.Rev Jesus Martial Dembele,Vicar general for the archdiocese of Bangui said ''We don't have the exact death toll yet but many people have been killed.Ad i'm speaking to you,they are still there''.
