 Anambra State Govt. Rescues 13 Children From Traffickers, Arrests Suspects By OCHA Brigade Media  13 children have been rescued from suspected child traffickers in Otolo Nnewi by a joint taskforce of Operation Clean And Healthy Anambra, OCHA Brigade and Anambra State Ministry of Women Affairs. The joint taskforce also confiscated fake documents that aided the trafficking.  The children were found malnourished and have been denied education.  Report say that the trafficker adopts and sold children to people from different parts of the country. ABIA STATE GOV. SUSPENDS HIS CHIEF OF STAFF FOR SPRAYING CLERGYMAN 'ODUMEJE INDABOSKI' MONEY IN HIS OFFICE.{PHOTOS}.

  Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state has suspended his Chief of Staff, Anthony Agbazuere, for spraying clergyman, Odumeje Indaboski, money in his office. His suspension is contained in a statement released by the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Chris Ezem. It reads "Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has directed the immediate suspension from office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr ACB Agbazuere. The Permanent Secretary, Government House, Mr Alozie Odoemelam, will perform the duties of the office of Chief of Staff until further notice. Thank you''. More photos below.

  On the 6/12/2020, there was a report of fire incident at Ufuma junction in Orumba North LGA of Anambra State. The fire incident which allegedly started around 1:20am razed down completely Seven (7) lockup shops destroying properties worth millions of Naira.   *Obstruction cleared and free flow of traffic restored in the Area* On 6/12/2020 at about 4:am,there was a report of fatal motor vehicle accident along Asaba/Onitsha Expressway by Coca-Cola market Onitsha involving a Mercedes Benz 911 Lorry with Registration No ACA -178-XA loaded with timber and driven by one Micheal Chimezie Okorie 'm’ aged 25years of Oduma in Aninri LGA of Enugu State. The accident occured when the truck driver who was allegedly being pursued by suspected "revenue collectors" stationed at Head bridge Onitsha suddenly lost control and crashed into the concrete barricade near Coca-Cola Market.As a result,the driver of the lorry became unconscious and was rushed to Toronto Hospital by Police Patrol team attached to Okpoko Division where he was confirmed dead on arrival by a medical doctor on duty.   A married father, 36 has been arrested after his older lover, 47, was found dead after a sex romp in a hotel in Abule Egba, Lagos. The deceased was identified as a nurse named Folarin Olabisi (Mama Pelumi). According to PM News, Mama Pelumi and her boyfriend Babajide Akeem Salako 36, were seen together on Saturday Nov 28 , drinking a popular gin after which they left for a party where they also drank energy-boosting alcoholic drink. Babajide and the deceased then got in his car and drove away. Mama Pelumi was later found dead and the boyfriend was arrested on Tuesday, Dec 1, by policemen attached to Oko-oba Divisional Headquarters. In his confessional statement to the police, Babajide said “I am married, and she was my woman friend.   The drive of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) to further bridge capacity and capability gaps in the fights against insurgency and armed banditry in the Country has received a fresh boost with the graduation of another batch of Special Forces (SF) and Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) personnel. The Combined Graduation Ceremony, which took place today, 5 December 2020, at the Regiment Training Centre (RTC) Annex in Bauchi, comprised 162 students of the SF Course 7/2020 and 41 trainees of CSAR Course 3/2020. The graduating SF Course is the ninth set to be trained by the NAF in the last 5 years, having conducted 7 SF Courses and 2 SF Instructors’ Courses, while the graduating CSAR Course is the third batch, following the graduation of the second set in May 2020.
