 MTN Cuts Off 4.2m Customers Not Linked To NIN Due to the inability to connect the National Identity Numbers (NINs) to Subscriber Identification Module cards, some MTN users in Nigeria are currently without service. This is in response to multiple alerts from the telecom provider and the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCS) advising customers to connect their lines to their NINs. Following the NCC’s deadline of February 28, over 4.2 million lines were removed from MTN Nigeria’s network, according to the information issued by the telecommunication company on Friday. According to the telecom’s Earning Report for the fiscal year, it was revealed that on December 31, 2023, was the deadline stipulated by the NCCs. In addition, it stated that 19 million lines on its network were currently undergoing verification, with 4.3 million having completed the process as of February. The gang has confessed that they started out with petty crimes and have now amassed weaponry to advance to kidnapping and car snatching.  Sadly, 13-year-old Madeline Soto who was missing from her Kissimmee, Florida home since Monday was found deceased yesterday afternoon.  Madeline Soto, who had just turned 13 on February 22, never returned home from school on Monday after supposedly being dropped of by her mother's boyfriend Stephen Stearns. In an interview with the mother, she tried to claim they both dropped the little girl off, but she quickly corrected herself instead her boyfriend dropped her daughter off. Madeline's mother also stated that video showed her daughter walking after resting at about 9:00 a.m. that morning at the church, however, law enforcement said there was no conclusive footage showing that at all.  Stearns claims he dropped Madeline of at Peace United Methodist Church which is about a half mile from her school.  Port Harcourt-Aba train services begins operation The federal government said on Saturday that train services on the Port Harcourt to Aba route will start operation by the end of March. The Port Harcourt-Aba rail project is part of the larger Port Harcourt-Maiduguri railroad project initiated by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.  A young girl found a severed arm in a Babylon, New York park yesterday. Her discovery led police to find mutilated bodies of 2 different people today. A young girl was walking to school Thursday morning when she made a gruesome discovery. The girl had cut through Southards Pond Park when she found  a severed left arm on the parks Eastern side. The minor called her father after the shocking discovery, who in turn called 911. Once on scene, officers located a right arm around 20 ft from the scene of the original discovery. Both arms were tattooed and belonged to male. Later in that day, a woman's leg was found in a pile of leaves by a cadaver dog on the opposite side of the park. Friday morning police discovered the severed head of a woman and a female arm as well.  A Brinks security guard was forced to take off his pants at gunpoint while the thief takes off with the cash. A Brinks security guard was robbed at gunpoint in Irving, Texas around 9:45 a.m. this Friday morning. In harrowing footage of the ordeal, you can see the suspect pointing a gun at the security guard as he lies on the ground. The suspect can then be seen stripping the guard of his pants before taking off with an undisclosed amount of cash. He can be seen getting into a black Chevy Malibu, with a black bag.  Investigators are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect.  I'm sure this was a terrifying ordeal for the Brinks security guard.

Hoodlums loot truckload of spaghetti in Zaria ... Police arrest five suspects Hoodlums, on Friday, attacked a BUA truck conveying cartons of spaghetti at the Dogarawa axis of Zaria-Kano expressway. Dogarawa is a settlement located on the outskirts of Zaria along the expressway. This is coming barely one week after hoodlums hijacked trailers loaded with foodstuffs in the Suleja area of Niger State, carting away bags of rice and other food items amidst widespread hardship in the country. The trailers were said to be heading for Abuja from Kaduna when the thugs blocked the road and made bonfires on the highway. It was learnt that the Friday incident occurred around 3.15pm after the driver of the truck parked by the road side to observe prayer.
