 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. NIGERIAN COURTS,STARTS STRIKE ON WEDNESDAY.

                       The strike is meant to protest government's disregard of a court order that asked Federal  and state government to guarantee the autonomy of the Judiciary as contained in the Nigeria constitution.The Judiciary workers group,which is under their union,JUSUN,has now gained the support of the Sharia,Area and customary courts,Judges Association of Nigeria {SACCJAN},which on Sunday said it would join the nation wide warning strike which will start on Wenesday.The Union president Alhaji Zakariya Adamu at the opening of the Union's delegates conference in Jigawa say's,''A Federal High court in Abuja had passed a judgement in favour of JUSUN for the independence of the judiciary,and both states and the Federal governments are yet to implement it nor did they appeal the judgement,all members of the Union across the country is to close their courts from wednesday to friday,March 12 to 14,2014.

             They both attended a birthday party on sarurday at Beverly Hills and Kim attended the party with no make up on her face,{is not easy to be a mother}.Her sister Kendall also attended the event and Kendall was carrying the gifts Kim bought for the celebrant.Kendall is carrying two big black wrapped presents.More pictures below.

                                                                    Please don't laugh,my problem with these picture is these,the groom is not so comfortable and he is feeling cut off.Though the attire is very lovely, but i have not seen such a large triangle in years.They should try to reduce the size,any way,the the couple look beautiful together.

STRANGE BUT TRUE.

                   In 1903,a prisoner named Will West arrived at Leavenworth,the record clerk took the photographs above and thinking he remembered West,asked whether he had been there before?,West said no.The clerk took some measurements,went to the file and produced record,bearing the name William West.Amazed,the prisoner said,''That's my picture,but i don't know where you got it,for i don't know where you got it,for i know i have never been hear before''.Incredibly,this was true.A different William West had been serving a life sentence at Leavenworth since 1901,and the new prisoner had the same name,face and measurement.The case became a strong argument in favour of finger printing.
