NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 29 year old model Chrissy Teigen who appeared on a new ABC show FABLIFE opened up about their fertility problems.She revealed that she and her husband John Legend has seen countless fertility doctors and they are struggling to start a family.She said ''I say honestly John and i were havingtrouble.We would have had kids five,six years ago if it happened.But my gosh it's been a process.We've seen fertility doctors and once you open up about those things to other people you learn that alot of other people in your life are seeing these people and they have this shame about it''.She said it was painful when people questioned her about when she and John are going to start a family.''It's kind of crazy because i can't imagine being that nosy to be like,so when are the kids coming? because who knows what somebody's going through.So anytime somebody asks if i'm going to have kid's i'm just like one day you're going to ask that to the wrong girl who is really struggling and it's going to be really hurtful to them and i hate that.Stop asking me''.Chrissy's brave admission prompted a confession from her co-host 41 year old Tyra Banks,who broke down in tears as she hit out a social media bullies who constantly demanded to know why she has not had any children.Tyra Banks who have had several failed IVF treatments said ''I'm so tired of seeing on my social media,why don't you have kids,why don't you have kids.You don'r know,you don't know what i'm going through.You have no idea.For a long time,it was so funny i was 23 years old,i used to tell myself in three years i'm going to have kids.Then i turned 24,in three years i'm going to have kids.Every single year i just kept saying that.And then after a while it's like,now i want to,it's not so easy''.After saying that she started to cry and tried to stop the tears by fanning her eyes.What they are saying is true,is not because you got married,or you have children,will give you the right to be taunting people with such defects with questions all the time.No body is God,that you are fortunate does not mean others that are single and don't have children are unfortunate.People should learn to mind their business and keep all their thoughts to themselves.More photos below.
