𝐋𝐏 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐰𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 The Labour Party has officially disowned Kenneth Okonkwo, its former Presidential Campaign Council spokesman, stating he's no longer a member of the party. This comes after Okonkwo announced his resignation from the party, citing internal and leadership crises that would hinder the party's readiness for the 2027 general elections. However, Umar Farouk, the National Secretary of the Labour Party, claims Okonkwo's resignation didn't come as a surprise, given his background as a Nollywood actor. Farouk alleged that Okonkwo had actually resigned from the party last year and was only seeking relevance by making public statements. Farouk also questioned Okonkwo's motives, stating that he had been a member of several other parties, including APGA, PDP, and APC. "Let him carry his bag and return to Nollywood where he came from," Farouk said. "He doesn...

Fela Durotoye, a renowned leadership coach and former presidential candidate, has shared a shocking experience where he rejected a N5 billion fraudulent government deal. The proposal came with immense pressure from an official claiming to be a pastor, who assured Durotoye that he had already been selected for a lucrative training contract. Durotoye's team had calculated a fair price of N1.3 billion for the training program, which aimed to train people in all 774 local government areas of Nigeria within eight weeks. However, just three days later, a call from the presidency changed everything. Durotoye was asked to submit an invoice for N5 billion, which raised serious ethical concerns. The official involved dismissed Durotoye's concerns, claiming that he wasn't ripping off Nigeria and that he deserved compensation for his service. Durotoye boldly refused the offer and even switched off his phone as pressure mounted. Interestingly, three months later, news broke that the E...

Forget love this Valentine, celebrate your friends and family instead. ~Tonto Dikeh Nobody can love you as much as your family and friends, that thing you think is love is purely transactional and not unconditional. Receive sense. IN ANOTHER POST SHE WROTE: “Motherhood has been the most profound, transformative experience of my life—the kind of journey that reshapes you at your core. From the moment I held my son in my arms, I knew I wanted to be more than just a provider. I wanted to be present, to be intentional, to break the silent generational patterns where love was measured in material provision but lacked emotional depth. I refused to let my child grow up feeling unseen, unheard, or emotionally disconnected, as so many before us had. Every single day, I choose to show up—not just physically but with my heart, my mind, and my full presence. I listen, I affirm, I nurture, and I love in a way that ensures my son knows, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he is safe, valued, and ...

FRESH FIGHTING FLARES IN EASTERN DRC. (PHOTO).

Fresh fighting flares in eastern DRC Fighting erupted on Tuesday in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, three days after a call by African leaders for a ceasefire and a brief lull in the conflict. M23 fighters attacked Congolese army positions in South Kivu province at dawn, local and security sources told AFP. The resurgence comes after east and southern African leaders called on their general staff to propose a plan for implementing an "unconditional" ceasefire by Thursday, in a conflict which has killed thousands and driven vast numbers from their homes. The M23 has in recent months swiftly seized tracts of territory in mineral-rich eastern DRC after again taking up arms in late 2021, in a country plagued by numerous conflicts for decades. The armed group began advancing in South Kivu after taking control of Goma, the capital of neighbouring North Kivu province that borders Rwanda, at the end of last month. Clashes took place on Tuesday near the village of Ihusi, around...
