 Former Super Eagles coach Christian Chukwu dies at 74 A former captain and head coach of the Super Eagles, Christian Chukwu, is dead. He was 74. The football legend reportedly passed away in the early hours of Saturday though the exact circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear as of the time of filing this report. His longtime teammate and friend, Dr. Olusegun Odegbami, confirmed the development..  A New Jersey woman drowned her two young daughters in 2024. She has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.  27-year-old Naomi Elkins first captured the attention of the nation after the shocking events that occurred in her home on June 25th, 2024. Naomi made a chilling call to Hatzolah Ambulance service. In that call, Naomi stated "I did something to my kids" and "they're drowning". She informed dispatchers that her children might still be alive even though they quit "fighting". When first responders arrived to the home they were met by a heartbreaking scene. Naomi's two young daughters had both lost their lives at the hands of the one person whose job was to protect them. The ensuing investigation uncovered the tragic details of the little 1-year-old and 3-year-old girl's last moments.  A Mississippi man took a man's life and then ran to a nearby home to hide out. When the homeowner turned him away... he took her life too.  According to Jackson PD, an altercation occurred at 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon.  During the course of the disagreement, 36-year-old Jarvis Anderson shot and killed an unidentified male. After the shooting, Anderson fled to a nearby home in order to hide out from police. The home owner, 37-year-old Tiffany Johnson, attempted to refuse entry to Jarvis. Sadly as a result Jarvis Anderson shot and killed Tiffany Johnson. Jarvis Anderson was apprehended a short time later and is now being charged with double homicide.  Our thoughts are with the families of victims.
